Senior Project Manager- Construction - $140,000-$150,000 + Benefits-NYC, New York

INF Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Construction to take ownership of electrical infrastructure and renewable energy projects valued between $1M and $5M. This is a hands-on, high-impact role based in our New York office, with regular site presence.

You will oversee the full lifecycle of projects including EV charging, solar PV and battery storage installations. You will manage multiple live projects at once, working closely with clients, utilities and subcontractors to deliver quality outcomes safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from preconstruction through to commissioning and closeout
• Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Oversee budgets, cost forecasting and monthly WIP reporting
• Administer AIA contract documentation including G702/G703 and change orders
• Lead subcontractor coordination and performance on site
• Act as the main point of contact for owners, engineers, utilities and agencies
• Coordinate permitting, inspections and regulatory approvals
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Provide clear monthly reporting to senior leadership

• A degree in construction management, electrical engineering or similar
• At least 8 years’ construction project management experience
• Strong background in electrical infrastructure or renewable energy
• Proven experience managing $1M+ projects
• PMP certification and OSHA 30
• Excellent financial, contractual and scheduling knowledge
• The confidence to manage multiple projects without compromising quality

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Behavior Technician at Lighthouse will include the following:

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children, following individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive and structured environment.

This position coordinates utilization review service for defined patient populations across the acute care continuum. This includes discharge planning, utilization management, care coordination collaboration, and support for resource utilization. This position works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient care through the effective utilization of the facility's resources.

1. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of California is required.

2. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is preferred.

3. Degree from an accredited baccalaureate nursing program (BSN) is preferred.

4. Certified Case Manager (CCM) national certification is preferred.

5. Interquel training must be obtained within six (6) months of hire into position.

6. Previous experience in at least two (2) areas of clinical specialty in an acute care setting is required.

7. Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and competent organizational and planning skills are required.

8. The incumbent must be self-directed and able to tolerate frequent interruptions with a demanding workload.

9. Knowledge regarding hospital protocol and procedures, clinical standards and outcomes, funding options, familiarity with community resources and outside professional agencies, familiarity with federal and state regulations governing hospital and home care, as well as understanding of the financial structure of health plan and delivery system is preferred.
