- Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including:
- Performs standard vehicle maintenance
- Performs preventive maintenance
- Performs complex repairs with minimal (if any) support.
- Demonstrate the ability to access and use internal and external maintenance documents
- Diagnoses and repairs complex mechanical and electronic problems with minimal (if any) support, utilizing diagnostic computers/software when applicable.
- Performs remote triage to with RCRC and customers to determine best solution to assist roadside breakdowns.
- Performs facility maintenance duties
- Interacts with customers/drivers to properly determine nature of complaint once assigned a task.
- Instructs and advises other technicians regarding maintenance repair procedures and diagnostics
- Coaches/Mentors other level technicians
- Advise shop management and other technicians on shop repairs
- Utilizes key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation available
- Works in accordance with all federal/ provincial and corporate compliance guidelines (i.e., safety, DOT, MOT)
- Other support duties as required to support operations. These could include but are not limited to Service Island support.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules

What You’ll Do Review, verify, and dispense specialty and infusion medications with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness, dosing, interactions, and patient-specific clinical factors Oversee medication therapy plans and collaborate with care teams on optimization opportunities Support specialty patient intake and therapy onboarding processes Provide pharmacist oversight for sterile and non-sterile compounding and dispensing workflows Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians and support staff Educate patients on medication use, expectations, and therapy impact Serve as a clinical resource for internal teams and provider partners Ensure compliance with federal/state pharmacy regulations and accreditation standards Participate in inventory controls and quality process initiatives Contribute to SOPs and workflow improvement projects Preferred Clinical Exposure Strong consideration given to pharmacists with experience in: Specialty pharmacy Home infusion or infusion center pharmacy IV admixture / sterile compounding Immunology or immune globulin therapies Bleeding disorders / hematology therapies Complex chronic disease medication management DME and ancillary supply coordination Required Qualifications PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in North Carolina (or ability to reciprocate quickly) Eligible for multi-state licensure if required Strong knowledge of specialty dispensing and pharmacy compliance standards Comfortable in a structured, high-accuracy, audit-ready environment Strong communication and patient counseling skills Able to prioritize and manage multiple clinical workflows Nice to Have Infusion or hospital pharmacy experience Specialty pharmacy accreditation exposure (URAC / Joint Commission) Sterile compounding experience CSP certification (or interest in obtaining) Immune Globulin therapy familiarity Experience supervising technicians Why This Role Stands Out Stable weekday schedule — no retail hours Growing specialty pharmacy platform High clinical impact patient population Collaborative, team-driven environment Long-term growth and certification support Process-driven, quality-focused operation Interested in hearing more?
