The Materials Management Coordinator oversees and optimizes supply chain and materials management operations across all hospitals, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This role maintains the system Item Master, leads product evaluations, monitors purchasing and inventory accuracy, and collaborates with hospital Materials Management teams to standardize processes and resolve challenges. Role Description:
The purpose of a Clinical Informatics Specialist (CIS or Medical Scribe) at Oak Street Health is to support our primary care providers with clinical documentation so that they can focus on providing exceptional care to our patients. Scribes assist providers throughout the patient care journey - huddling each morning to plan for the day's visits, joining them in the exam room to observe and document, and touching base after the visit to assist with next steps.
Beyond the typical Scribe role, these important care team members serve as clinical documentation assistants to their paired provider. Internally, we call them CISs (Clinic Informatics Specialists) in recognition of their important role in supporting accurate, specific, and timely clinical documentation. In addition to observing and documenting all patient encounters in real time, our Scribes become experts in our value-based care model and the documentation and care of chronic conditions, including ICD-10 and CPT coding. Scribes use this expertise to help providers identify and help close care gaps. Scribes receive extensive on-the-job training in clinical workflows, value-based medicine, preventative care for chronic conditions, accurate and specific documentation, population health data streams, and team based care.
Because our patients and providers rely on our Scribes, the ideal candidate should commit at least 1-2 years to this role. Role Requirements:
At least 1 year of Scribe experience, or past employment in a role that required fast-paced transcription with a focus on accuracy.
Must commit a minimum of 1 year to the position, though 2 or more years is strongly preferred.
Minimum typing speed of 55 WPM, though 70+ WPM is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications
Prior clinical experience, including shadowing and/or volunteering
Advanced listening and communication skills.
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new technical workflows
Ability to work well on your own as a self-starter, as well as the willingness to take direction and be a member of the team.
Ability to adapt to new workflows and to quickly learn new concepts and skills, especially when working with a paired provider’s processes and procedures
Excellent job attendance, including the ability to work in-person within the clinic for approximately 40-45 hours per week. This is a full-time position with predictable hours and break times.

The typical pay range for this role is:

This role provides professional nursing care in the Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology Laboratory, supporting advanced cardiac, structural heart, and neuro-interventional procedures.
Cardiovascular & EP Lab RN Key Responsibilities: Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, peripheral procedures, electrophysiology procedures (ablations, device insertions/revisions), structural heart procedures (TAVR, LAAO), and interventional neurology procedures (carotid stenting, stroke thrombectomy, aneurysm embolization, TCAR).
Prepare patients and procedure areas for safe, efficient care.
Conduct cardiac tests and monitor patients using advanced cardiology equipment.
Administer procedural sedation according to hospital policies.
Document patient care and procedural details accurately in electronic systems.
Provide patient handoffs and ensure safety and privacy standards are maintained.
Participate in preceptorship and ongoing professional development, including specialty certifications.
Cardiovascular & EP Lab RN Qualifications: Required: RN licensure in Delaware Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications Experience in ICU, CVICU, IMC, or Cath Lab Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing; Nursing Diploma acceptable if degree completed within 36 months of hire Preferred: Experience in Cardiovascular and EP Lab procedures Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Cardiovascular & EP Lab RN Additional Information: Candidates must be able to work varied hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The teacher provides a nurturing environment for children to maintain academic instruction while learning pro-social skills.
The teacher is responsible for the implementation of the Individual Education Plan (IEP)/Comprehensive Evaluation Report (CER) for each student in CGRC’s Elementary Education Services.

State certification in Special Education is required.

Job Description and Responsibilities: Transcribe data from hedge fund application forms & dealing instructions received from investors onto various transfer agency systems and review for accuracy.
Preprocess of client instructions such as checking for completeness of instructions, balance availability, application of FX rates & signature verification Processing of capital transactions from inception of the trade to issuing of contract notes and ensure they comply with client Anti-Money Laundering standards.
Liaise with Investors of assigned client funds to clarify dealing requests and ensure that all documentation is complete and in line with company procedures.
Reporting to Investor and Investment Managers at various intervals throughout the life of the transactions Maintain client accounts on the systems to ensure that details are correct and up to date.
Amend and upload changes under strict operating procedures as defined by company policy.
Respond to standard queries and requests from investors in a timely and efficient manner and manage all internal and occasionally external telephone & written inquiries in a professional manner Prepare the annual audit reports and respond to all investor audit confirmations for the funds under administration Perform anti-money laundering procedures and obtain client identification documents & review same for completeness May be required to perform review of input of other team members work as authorized by team leaders Process wire transfers via the Banks wire application for various internal departments to include liaising with internal teams such as Fund Accounting and Banking Division with respect to the daily reconciliation and processing of investors subscription monies, and then remittance of investors redemption proceeds.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.

Qualifications include:

- Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
