Evaluate and approve design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
7.
Use Revit, IAQ, PE, asrae, NFPA, Auto Cad, and Mechanical Design to create and modify detailed drawings and designs.

Ensure all mechanical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies and objectives.
9.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on RFI, Trane Trace, HAP, Elite, AutoCAD, Revit, IAQ, PE, asrae, NFPA, Auto Cad, and Mechanical Design.
3.
Advanced knowledge and experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other mechanical design software.
4.
Strong understanding of mechanical design, physics, micro-fabrication, CAD and data analysis.
5.
Proven expertise in developing, testing and maintaining mechanical systems and devices.
6.
Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
7.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
8.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
9.
Professional Engineering (PE) certification is a plus.
