Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Product Owner (CPO) to lead the Radar Digital Product Line (RDPL) SPY-6 Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar (EASR) effort. This critical role involves providing strategic technical and programmatic oversight for the SPY-6(V)2 and SPY-6(V)3 radar configurations, supporting program execution, and driving alignment with broader RDPL objectives. The Chief Product Owner will play a key role in delivering high-quality radar systems to the U.S. Navy and contributing to the growth and success of RDPL.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the technical and programmatic leader for the SPY-6 EASR effort within the product line, overseeing the development, integration, and delivery of SPY-6(V)2 and SPY-6(V)3 radar configurations.
- Manage technical baselines and ensure alignment across multiple shipsets and platforms to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate with SPY-6(V)1 teams to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless integration across the SPY-6 radar family.
- Lead a matrixed engineering team, fostering collaboration across disciplines to meet program objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior engineering experience.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Experience managing technical baselines and delivering mission-critical systems to customers.

The Ground & Maritime Defense Radar Software Department is seeking a Software Integration Lead for the SPY-6 Family of Radars Product Integration Team. The Software Integration Lead will prepare, test and integrate final software, operating system, and firmware delivery of the SPY-6 configurations to Raytheon In-plant tactical strings, Land Based Test Sites (LBTSs) and Ships.
They will work closely with the Digital Radar Product Line software team, SPY-6 subcontractors, and all other providers of SPY-6 software and firmware to coordinate receipt of digital products and automate the packaging and deployment for all SPY-6 domestic and international locations. The Software Integration Lead will work to standardize delivery process and configuration management for use by the entire family of radars for SPY-6.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules to validate system functionality and performance.
- Conduct extended software endurance testing on tactical hardware and strings to ensure system reliability and robustness under prolonged operational conditions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems identified during endurance testing, software builds, and site-specific issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain program schedules.
- Develop and provide software metrics for each of the SPY-6 release branches to internal and external customers.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain build handoffs and operational transitions between various testing sites.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure successful execution of the software integration and test phases.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling technical briefings and reports to customers, effectively "telling the story" of program progress and results.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality assurance standards, safety protocols, and program compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for software-related test activities, coordinating efforts across engineering disciplines to achieve program goals.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The professional registered nurse Inpatient Services RN CAP 1 is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). This position is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients. This may include delegation of appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff including but not limited to RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians. As a member of the kidney disease health care team, this position participates in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities that enhance patient care outcomes and program operations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All duties and responsibilities are expected to be performed in accordance with Fresenius Kidney Care, policy, procedures, standards of nursing practice, applicable contractual service agreements, state and federal regulations.
· Performs all essential functions under the direction of the Supervisor and with guidance from the Educator, Preceptor or in collaboration with another Registered Nurse.
· Performs ongoing, systematic collection and analysis of patient data pre – during – post treatment for assigned patients and documents in the patient medical record, makes adjustments and modifications to treatment plan as indicated and notifies Supervisor, Physician, patient’s primary nurse and others as may be indicated.
· Assesses, collaborates and documents patient/family’s basic learning needs to provide initial and ongoing education to patients and family.
