The Resident - LCSW or seeking LMHC is an active member of the Corporation’s clinical team and is responsible for moving us toward a world-class clinical experience. This role impacts multiple stakeholders, including Participants, Clinical Specialists, and the healthcare industry at large. The Resident delivers the best quality of care to the Participant to help them reach the agreed-upon goals for an improved quality of life and wellbe ing.
Compensation : Salary position (Range $70,000 - $72,500) with the opportunity to achieve an additional bonus potential for any sessions over 30 per week
Key Responsibilities
- Productivity standards may vary by customer contract; however, below are the general standards that will apply:
- 30 completed sessions of direct counseling care per week
- Concurrent note-taking during sessions
- Treatment plans and other documentation as required
- Treatment team meetings with the customer, as applicable
- Weekly Synchronous Health team meeting
- Attend Weekly Clinical Supervision Meeting
- Advocates for the Participant in decisions regarding meeting their clinical needs
- Liaises closely with Customer Success activities and requests, advocating for the customer’s needs to be met
- Bring successful models and techniques from other experiences and bodies of evidence to best support participants
- Supports the development of materials for communication, outreach, and marketing of Synchronous Health’s services to participants, clinicians, partners, and within the industry at large (i.e., conference presentations, attending networking events, active in professional organizations, etc.)
- Serve as the first point of contact for escalation for participants who are displeased with any aspect of their experience
- Reports to the Operations team as the second point of escalation if participants’ concerns are unresolved
- Keep abreast of new developments in clinical care, including analog and digital techniques
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Licensed MA LCSW or seeking LMHC (with one year of outpatient clinical experience)
- Informed on state tele-health policies
- Comfortable with technology and conducting sessions via tele-health
- The capability to build a therapeutic relationship in a virtual platform
- Polished, professional virtual presence
- Strong ability to identify markers for an appropriate level of care to meet patient needs
- Experience with treating a variety of conditions and disorders as part of a comprehensive treatment plan with an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to use technologies as part of practice for administrative and clinical support (i.e., scheduling, notes, chat, web-based or app-based interventions)
- Ability to work remotely, in a secure, private location (an outpatient office or home office is acceptable; coffee shops are not acceptable)
- Access to a smartphone, a laptop, and an internet connection
- Must pass a background check

Position Description
Job Summary:
The Yard Person/Plant Operator is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the quarry site and assisting in the efficient operation of quarry processing equipment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, organized, and productive working environment while adhering to company policies and industry standards.
Essential Functions:
- Results Matter. Safely load, unload, stockpile, and organize aggregate materials using loaders, forklifts, and other heavy equipment to support efficient quarry operations.
- Dedication. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot quarry processing equipment, including crushers, conveyors, and screens, to ensure optimal production and compliance with quality standards.
- Committed to Serve. Perform routine mechanical maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on quarry equipment, utilizing stick/MIG welding, fabrication, and cutting skills to minimize downtime.
- Determined. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the quarry yard, plant areas, and equipment to promote operational efficiency and safety.
- Focused. Conduct thorough pre-shift and ongoing equipment inspections; identify mechanical issues and report or address them promptly.
- Protect Family and Friends. Strictly follow all safety procedures, environmental regulations, and lockout/tagout practices to maintain a safe work environment.
- Respect and Engage. Work collaboratively with plant operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors to meet production goals, deadlines, and quality specifications.
- Communicate. Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members while supporting shipping, receiving, and general quarry operational needs.
Position Requirements
Requirements, Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant industry experience in quarry operations, construction materials, mining, or heavy industrial environments strongly preferred.
- Stick/MIG welding, fabrication, and cutting experience preferred.
- High mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment required.
- Prior experience as a Quarry Plant Operator or similar role strongly preferred.
- Experience operating and supporting maintenance on crushers, conveyors, screens, loaders, forklifts, or similar heavy equipment.
- Strong work ethic with a demonstrated history of punctuality, reliability, and consistent attendance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
