DESCRIPTION:

Site Manager oversees the entire operation to ensure the optimal P&L result by managing/training staff effectively, providing excellent vendor/customer relations, developing a well-structured operational flow and coordinating with various departments within headquarter for continuous growth as a whole.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for P&L for the site and analyze and initiate actions to make improvement

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required

• Bachelor Degree in business related major or equivalent related work experiences
• Lean knowledge to include 5's, waste walks, root cause problem solving.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse/logistics management
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems
• Competency Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and etc.)
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Experience in warehousing operations integrated with production line environments is highly preferred.

Reporting to the General Manager the IT Manufacturing Systems Analyst will help to support and optimize our manufacturing operations through effective use of our information technology systems. This position will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing and supporting IT systems critical to our production environment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.

This role focuses on operating and setting up EDM sinkers, mills, lathes, and wire EDM machines in a clean, well-maintained manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in meeting high-tolerance, high-impact production goals.

The Work You’ll Be Doing

• 
  
• Set up and operate EDM sinkers, CNC mills, lathes, and wire EDMs
  
• Read and evaluate blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
  
• Propose new setups and adjust tooling, offsets, and feeds/speeds
  
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and machining issues
  
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, indicators, and calipers
  
• Collaborate with Engineering on fixture design and process improvements
  
• Maintain production records and follow GMP/GDP documentation standards
  
• Support 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and preventative maintenance practices

Machines, Materials & Tools

• 
  
• Machine Types: EDM sinkers, CNC mills, CNC lathes, wire EDMs
  
• Tools: Micrometers, calipers, indicators, hand deburring tools
  
• Controls: G-code familiarity and minor programming required

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 
  
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience (EDM preferred)
  
• High School Diploma or GED
  
• Strong setup skills across multiple machine platforms
  
• Ability to troubleshoot and make minor program edits
  
• Solid math, measurement, and blueprint reading skills
  
• U.S. Person status for ITAR compliance
  

Preferred:

• 
  
• Associate’s degree or Machinist apprenticeship
  
• Familiarity with medical/aerospace standards
  
• Background in multi-axis machining and advanced materials
