Position Summary

The Director of Project Management leads enterprise project strategy, governance, and execution. This role ensures alignment of strategic initiatives with business objectives and drives consistent, on-time, on-budget project delivery. The Director establishes standardized processes, reporting structures, and performance metrics to mitigate risk, maximize ROI, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

10+ years of project/program management experience.

Job Summary:

Toyota Material Handling Solutions (TMHS) is seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Equipment Sales Specialist focused on capital equipment sales within ports, logistics, manufacturing, rail, and industrial applications.

This is a high-value equipment sales role responsible for selling large-capacity forklifts, container handlers, terminal tractors, port equipment, and related service solutions.

We are targeting professionals currently selling or who have sold equipment from manufacturers such as Toyota Heavy Duty (THD), Konecranes, Taylor, Hyster, Kalmar, Autocar, TICO, Ottawa, Hoist, Fantuzzi, CVS Ferrari, SANY, Combilift (large capacity), or similar.

This is not an operator or driver position. This is a consultative outside sales role focused on capital equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow heavy duty equipment sales across ports, logistics, rail, manufacturing, and industrial accounts
• Sell new and used heavy duty forklifts, container handlers, terminal tractors, port equipment, rentals, service, and fleet programs
• Identify replacement opportunities, expansion projects, and capital equipment refresh strategies
• Conduct site evaluations and application analysis for large-capacity equipment
• Prepare proposals, financial packages, and lifecycle cost positioning
• Partner with service and operations teams to deliver full-solution offerings
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity within CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Position Toyota 360, maintenance programs, fleet management, and automation where applicable
• Maintain strong OEM and competitor awareness within the heavy duty segment

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years capital equipment outside sales experience (required)
• Experience selling one or more: heavy forklifts, port equipment, construction equipment, industrial machinery, terminal tractors, or large material handling equipment
• Demonstrated experience managing long sales cycles and high-value deals
• Experience working with financing / leasing structures
• Strong consultative sales methodology and territory management experience
• CRM experience required (Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar)

Preferred Background:

• Experience selling competitive brands such as Toyota THD, Konecranes, Taylor, Hyster, Kalmar, Autocar, TICO, Ottawa, Hoist, or SANY

The PM will lead dynamic project assignments from initial assessment through to completion, by leveraging and coordinating the expertise of diverse disciplines. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: -

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of managing complex projects, typically with 10 years of IT project management experience in relevant industries.
• Advanced Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, PPM Pro).
• At Least 10+ years of experience in a Project Management role with global technology projects, must have had hands-on experience Technical IT project management (E.g. Application. Infrastructure), Must have a technical background and the able to interface with business and vendors, PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred, for global coverage, this candidate would need to be flexible to regularly attend meetings to accommodate Asia, US East Coast and European time zones.

Position Summary:

The Sr. Air Quality Engineer/Scientist (Environmental Permitting and Compliance Specialist) performs professional engineering work, leading and executing the compliance and permitting functions in relation to Air Quality Regulations and Compliance. This candidate will be reviewing processes and equipment, analyzing permit-related technical and regulatory issues, and communicating those analyses within Yorke, the client organization, with government agencies and with the public at large. The work is challenging, broad in scope, and variable from project to project. The position involves effective communication, decision-making, and time management. The candidate performs other duties as required or assigned.

This is a Senior to Principal level position. Positions at this level are assigned to perform the more complex and sensitive duties in the occupational field. The employee in this position may be assigned to train and mentor other employees and/or monitor work produced by other employees.

The candidate qualifications we are seeking include:

• 10-20+ years of work experience in the Air Quality and/or Environmental industry in an engineering role (preferably in a consulting environment);
• Experience in the environmental services industry focusing on leading Air Quality services:
• Process and equipment review;
• Air quality permitting under SCAQMD and other Air Districts, including Title V Permitting;
• RECLAIM implementation and reporting;
• Annual Emissions Reporting;
• Air Dispersion Modeling;
• Air Quality Assessments including Data Analysis and Emission Inventories;
• General Air Quality Compliance for facilities in CA.
• Ability to manage and lead active team members on project teams towards project completion within project scope, budget and schedule and ensure quality work product and deliverables;
• Ability to manage successful relationships with clients, staff, and regulators through effective communication and expertise by fostering a collaborative environment without losing focus of quality;
• Proven track record or desire to engage in successful regulatory work in dealing with the SCAQMD, EPA, CARB and/or other similar regulatory agencies;
• Experience working on-site at client facilities;
• Prepare reports and submissions in timely manner;
• Experience with handling highly technical data and technical data interpretation;
• Highly motivated to continue working in Air Quality environmental field and expand their knowledge and experience;
• CA Regulatory/Compliance experience is required.
