IN A NUTSHELL

The A&E Manager is responsible for preparing detailed architectural and engineering drawings and specifications for MD7 clients within the telecom industry. The A&E Manager will ensure all drawings follow company standards and state and local codes and ordinances. Additionally, the A&E Manager will attend site visits as necessary to obtain field measurements and photos to complete the drawings. The A&E Manager will ensure compliance and delivery on all telecommunication projects, in such a manner as to provide the highest quality of services to MD7 customers.

DAY-TO-DAY

• Leads and supports a team to achieve goals through clear direction, collaboration, and accountability. Oversees daily operations while fostering growth, performance, and a positive work environment.
• Accurately and effectively prepare architectural & engineering drawings, analysis, and specifications by agreed upon deadlines.
• Ensure drawings adhere to company standards, as well as state and local codes/ordinances.
• Drive visibility into task assignments and departmental progress via MD7's proprietary reporting platforms.
• Support Director of Architecture & Engineering as needed for projects and special assignments
• 50% Preparation of architectural & engineering drawings, analysis, and specifications utilizing AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and other proprietary calculation sheets.
• 15% Modify drawings and analysis per redline mark-ups from A&E staff.
• 15% Ensure drawings are following company standards and state and local codes and ordinances.
• 10% Manage departmental workflows, including tracking, task assignment, and performance reporting
• 5% Attend field site walks to obtain site measurements and photos of field conditions.
• 5% Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by Director of A&E Operations.

DO YOU BRING?

• Certification in technical drafting (preferred not required)
• Active professional license with plan-stamping authority (preferred not required)
• Experience preparing architectural, electrical, and structural drawings for wireless carriers within the telecom industry, as well as EV infrastructure projects
• Experience creating construction drawings
• Good working knowledge of architectural and engineering practices, methods, and procedures.
• Experience with AutoCAD or other CAD software. Proficiency with AutoCAD tools, including Fields, Dynamic Blocks, and Design Center.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with AutoCAD or other CAD software.
• Advanced Excel skills for calculations and organization.
• Advanced skill level with computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office (including Outlook and Word).
• Ability to manage one's own time and to properly prioritize tasks to complete projects accurately and on time, consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Able to sit, research and process documents on a computer for long periods at a time required.

The candidate will support state-of-the-art ultra-wideband phased array antennas, individual antennas, and RF Low Observables (LO) within the Company. The selected candidate will work with various teams of engineers and scientists with backgrounds in AESAs, Antennas, Radomes, Computational Electromagnetics Modeling (CEM), RF Test, Mechanical, Structural and Thermal analysis, Material Science, Process and Manufacturing Engineering and survivable antenna technology.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Engineering experience to include any combination of the following:

  • Radar Cross Section (RCS) reduction, prediction, measurement, and analysis & simulation.

  • Design, fabrication, and test of conformal antennas, apertures, and passive RF components (i.e. radiating elements, radomes, power dividers, couplers, transitions, multi-layer board designs, Frequency Selective Surfaces (FSSs), etc.).

• Experience with RCS analysis tools such as X-Patch, SENTRi, FEKO, HFSS, CST or other company specific CEM analysis packages.

Role Overview

As a Patient Support Nurse at CareSimple, you will serve as a key liaison between our patients and clinical partners. You’ll build ongoing relationships with patients, conduct proactive outreach, monitor and respond to patient-generated health data alerts, and provide compassionate clinical guidance to help patients stay engaged and safe between provider visits. You’ll also guide patients through onboarding and device setup, address questions and concerns, and escalate clinical issues as needed. Utilizing our support ticket system, you will manage key logistics processes to ensure seamless delivery and support for remote monitoring devices, playing a critical role in the success of our RPM programs.

Responsibilities

• Patient Support & Care: Guide patients through initial onboarding and setup of their RPM devices with empathy and professionalism. Provide ongoing patient care touchpoints — answering clinical questions, offering health education, and supporting patient engagement and adherence throughout the monitoring program.
• Patient Alert Management: Monitor incoming patient health data alerts generated by RPM devices (e.g., out-of-range vitals, missed readings). Assess alert severity, apply clinical judgment to determine appropriate response, and take action following established protocols and clinical judgement, whether that’s direct patient outreach, care coordination, or escalation to the provider team.
• Technical Coordination: Provide basic troubleshooting for cellular-enabled devices and escalate issues via internal support tickets. Work cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution of technical concerns.
• Device Logistics Oversight: Coordinate device ordering and fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2-4 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within software, SaaS, or enterprise systems related to supply chain.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, including project planning, prioritizing tasks, and reporting on project status.
• Strong foundational technical skills with an understanding of software systems, integrations, and development processes.
• Familiarity with Software Development and Agile Methodologies is beneficial.

Pay range: From $90,000.00, per year salary

The Operations Accounts Receivable Lead will own the end-to-end receivables lifecycle for all bulk and wholesale matcha transactions, from national accounts to smaller customers. This role is responsible not only for invoicing and collections, but for actively managing cash risk, enforcing contract terms, aligning customer deposits with production and allocation schedules, and ensuring the company is never over-exposed on inventory or shipments. Open to applicants in all 50 states.

This individual will design and operate an AR system that ties deposits, allocations, contracts, and shipment releases together, working closely with Sales, Operations, and Import/Export to ensure goods move on time without carrying unnecessary receivable or inventory liability.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Accounts Receivable Ownership

End-to-End Accounts Receivable Ownership

• Manage the full AR lifecycle: contract review → deposit requirements → invoicing → collections → reconciliation.
• Oversee receivables across all customer segments, including national accounts, distributors, private-label customers, and smaller wholesale buyers.
• Ensure all negotiated pricing, freight terms, surcharges, tariffs, and special conditions are accurately entered, tracked, and collected.

Contract Enforcement & Risk Management

• Audit all customer activity against executed sales contracts to ensure strict adherence to:
• Payment terms
• Deposit requirements
• Allocation schedules
• Shipment release conditions
• Actively push for larger upfront cash deposits and reduced net terms, in coordination with Sales and Finance, to minimize receivables and inventory exposure.
• Identify and escalate contract deviations, late payments, or risk patterns early-before inventory is produced or released.

Deposit & Allocation AR System Development

• Design and maintain an AR framework that:
• Aligns customer advance deposits with production runs and allocation schedules
• Matches deposits against specific lots, SKUs, or contract volumes
• Reduces cash-inventory liability by ensuring inventory is backed by customer funds whenever possible
• Track deposit balances, applications, refunds, and roll-forwards with absolute clarity and auditability.

Cross-Functional Coordination (Critical)

• Partner closely with:
• Operations & Production – to align customer payments with milling, packing, and release timelines
• Import/Export & Logistics – to ensure payments clear before shipment while avoiding port or vessel delays
• Sales – to structure payment terms that protect cash while remaining commercially viable
• Ensure the rule is enforced: no payment = no release, without causing shipment bottlenecks or customer escalations; for NET term customers ensuring that their account is in good standing before additional goods release and enforcing and correcting any negative credit performance of any NET term customers.

Collections Leadership & Execution

• Lead and manage the AR/accounting team responsible for:
• Continuous follow-ups
• Structured, timely, and increasingly firm payment nudges
• Clear documentation of customer communications and commitments
• Establish escalation protocols for late or non-responsive customers, including payment holds and shipment freezes.

Reporting & Visibility

• Provide regular reporting on:
• AR aging by customer and deal
• Deposit coverage vs inventory exposure
• Contract-compliant vs at-risk accounts
• Cash-in vs goods-out timing gaps
• Surface actionable insights to leadership to support credit decisions, allocation planning, and customer prioritization.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5–10+ years in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Accounting leadership, preferably in:
• CPG
• Food & beverage
• Import/export or inventory-heavy businesses
• Sales contracts with multiple variables in payment dues (freight, tariffs, goods, price increases, and so on)
• Strong experience managing:
• Large wholesale and national accounts
• Contract-driven pricing and payment terms
• Advance deposits and prepayment structures
• Proven ability to enforce payment discipline while working cross-functionally with Sales and Ops.
• Experience managing and motivating AR or accounting team members.
