POSITION OVERVIEW

The Transportation Road Engineer will support roadway design and transportation infrastructure projects across Ohio. This role involves planning, design, and execution of roadway projects for state, municipal, and county clients. Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, the engineer will contribute to delivering high-quality roadway solutions that meet regulatory standards, client expectations, and community needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Transportation Engineering & Roadway Design

  • Design roadway infrastructure projects including highways, streets, and intersections
  • Conduct site assessments and data collection for planning and design

The successful candidate will work closely with the various Business Development Associates, Operational Managers and senior staff throughout the company. Primary job responsibilities will include the following:

Marketing & Proposal Support:

  • Coordinate and manage the end to end proposal development process, from go/no go through final submission
  • Assist with the coordination, development, editing, and production of SOQs, presentations, SF330's and more using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office365
