POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking Construction Inspectors that have the drive and integrity to work with clients and vendors. Previous inspection experience is needed in this role.

PRIMARY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform as an entry to lead inspector on various projects responsible for the inspection and documentation of construction in the areas of building code compliance, concrete, pre-stress concrete, shotcrete, masonry, steel, fireproofing, waterproofing, and roofing. Ability to properly interpret construction documents and prepare well-written and concise reports capturing all necessary elements is required.

• Must be able to properly follow directions, perform in a responsible manner with minimal oversight.
• Provide daily reports of observation and test results
• Monitor work procedures for compliance with project specifications

REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking Systems Engineers with Demonstrated ability to apply systems engineering principles in modern software environments, with strong understanding of DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native architectures. Position Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Experience with mission systems, avionics, command & control architectures, embedded systems, sensor systems, or related defense/space programs.
• Prior work on software-in-the-loop, hardware-in-the-loop, flight test, or distributed system integration.
• Knowledge of certification and compliance frameworks relevant to the program (FAA, DoD, NASA, etc.).

We are a lean and high velocity multifamily investment firm with 440 units and a mandate to scale to 1,500+ units by 2027 on our path to $1 Billion AUM in the next 5 years. We are looking for a Founding Director of Finance and Investments who is prepared to make the business their number one priority and own the entire financial lifecycle of our portfolio.

This is a true "multi-hat" leadership role, You will be responsible for building and owning the engine across three phases: Acquisitions, where you will be responsible for sourcing and underwriting new opportunities Finance, where you institutionalize the back-end through precise cash flow forecasting, investor distributions, and tax strategy; and Asset Management, where you hold the portfolio accountable to your forecasts by implementing aggressive execution plans to ensure every property hits its NOI targets. Key Accountabilities:
