Job Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing product strategy plans that deliver new innovative solutions, achieve sales objectives, and strategically position Makita USA in a leadership role. This position requires a thorough understanding of the market, competition, trades, end user’s needs, applications, business trends, channels of distribution, and product price positioning for their respective category. This individual will be a product leader working cross-functionally to deliver their category vision and strategy for Makita USA.

- Manage product development portfolio strategies to include new product development roadmaps and existing product portfolios to align with the company’s vision and objectives.

- Responsible for increasing category revenue and profit by developing new products, enhancing products/solutions, implementing promotional activity, and developing/creating sales aids to further build user awareness and brand energy.
- Develop promotional strategies along with the marketing team for new and sustaining products that reinforce the Brand and value to both targeted users and dealers.
- Monitor workflow, milestones, and processes to ensure timelines and deadlines are achieved.
- Deliver product presentations to key customers, trade press, and attend required trade shows.
- Determine annual forecasts and sales budgets for related product categories.
- Strong time management, project management, and strategic planning skills while having a clear vision of the “big picture”.

Education and/or Experience Desired:

Leads day-to-day operations of projects for a general contracting business. Multi-family and senior housing.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Planning and coordination of subcontractors’ work and activities for a project.
· Attend and participate in Safety Training programs and ensures implementation of safety procedures that create a safe and healthy work environment through the job site. Adheres to OSHA safety and record keeping requirements.
· Enforce compliance with project site safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
· Verify subcontractor certificates of insurance.
· Monitor subcontractor personnel to ensure adherence with project plans and promotes quality control of all installations.
· Leads on productivity issues and monitors work performance and productivity of company employees and subcontractors to ensure project plans and schedule are followed and project is executed effectively and within budget.
· Advise senior level management of potential problems, work interference's or schedule difficulties, while assisting in circumventing or mitigating such conflicts. Provides assistance to involved contractors in resolving problems.
· Contributor to development of a thoughtful project pre-plan which includes a CPM schedule, work sequences, manpower utilization, material handling and storage requirements and equipment use.
· Communicate with project team regarding Work Directives, RFI’s, and Material Submittals.
· When requested, interfaces with owner, architect and design professionals to ensure compliance to design intent and owner satisfaction. Facilitates discovery and correction of contract document “errors and omissions” and problem solving to reduce the costs incurred.
· Ensure compliance with all internal and external record keeping requirements, with emphasis on accurate, properly coded employee automated timecards and accurately codes, fully priced material delivery tickets
· Prepare reports, document and complete all punch lists in a timely manner, review all drawings, specifications and subcontractor submittals
· Follow completion schedules and maintain a daily, written log of activities on the jobsite. Logs and reports might include photos and videos
· Use Procore construction management system to perform record-keeping tasks including, composing daily diaries, maintaining project logs and retrieving RFIs, submittal logs and agreements.
· Contribute to building good communications between project management, field engineering, estimating and specialty contractors to ensure construction complies with plans, specifications and company quality standards and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Chair or attend pre-job conference, regular subcontractor meetings
· Train, motivate and support subordinate employees in developing their capabilities to further company, project and personal development goals.
· Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing training skills to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

KEY PURPOSE:
The Global Product Manager - Hardgoods is responsible for building and maintaining Speedo’s global range within designated categories. This includes maintaining and growing current business, briefing and building new lines based on market opportunities and brand positioning, fostering key relationships internally and in the marketplace.
Additionally, this role will enhance brand values and deliver key performance metrics, style efficiency targets, and sales margin objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver seasonal line plans aligned with overall brand and business strategy, highlighting global development opportunities, proposed costs, unique sales opportunities, and ensuring brand consistency across categories.
- Manage assigned product categories from concept to commercialization, including line plan updates, style setup, range briefs for new products and packaging, and development of competitive pricing structures that meet corporate goals.

- Analyze global sales histories, patterns, and industry trends; assess market size, structure, and dynamics to inform range development decisions.

- Present product ranges, offers and ideas externally at retail, internally at sales conferences domestic and international.
- Partner with Marketing to deliver sell-in and sell-through assets; manage briefs, follow-ups, and track progress against deadlines for catalogs, tech sheets, and other deliverables.
- Drive product-marketing projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with calendar deadlines and timely handoffs.

Purpose
This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all billing components within the Company’s SAP Customer Information and Billing Systems across all jurisdictions. This role ensures that billing configurations and rate structures are aligned with approved tariffs and regulatory requirements for gas, water, and electric services throughout the U.S. and Canada.
The Manager serves as the enterprise lead for billing system governance, overseeing configuration changes, testing, and validation processes related to tariff updates, rate case implementations, and system enhancements that may impact billing components. Working closely with the Billing, Customer Care, IT, and business operations teams, this individual ensures that billing components function seamlessly and that all updates are implemented with precision and control to mitigate downstream impacts.
Accountabilities
- Ensure all billing components within SAP are properly configured and maintained according to each company’s approved tariffs and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the timely update of billing tables and configuration changes following any approved rate case or tariff revision.
- Partner closely with leaders for the implementation of billing changes resulting from rate proceedings.
- Verify that all rate elements (e.g., distribution, transmission, riders, taxes, and surcharges, multipliers etc.) are accurately reflected in the billing system.
- Ensure that all rate adjustments, new tariff structures, and regulatory directives are correctly translated into billing system logic.
- Review and assess all proposed billing system enhancement requests from business units to identify and mitigate risks to existing billing component data tables and configuration integrity.
- Direct or support testing activities for all billing system updates, including regression and validation testing, to confirm billing accuracy prior to implementation.
- Develop and maintain processes for documentation, review, and approval of all billing-related system changes.
- Ensure strong controls are in place for versioning, change tracking, and audit compliance.
- Serve as the liaison between Customer Care, IT, and Regulatory teams to ensure that business requirements are properly defined, tested, and implemented in SAP.
- Facilitate working sessions to align on timelines, testing expectations, and deployment strategies.
- Identify and implement process enhancements that improve system accuracy, control robustness, and operational efficiency. Promote standardization of billing practices across jurisdictions where feasible.
Years of Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years' experience preferred
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in utility billing, rate implementation or SAP configuration management.
- Experience working in a regulated utility environment (gas, water, or electric) strongly preferred.
- Prior experience managing billing configuration or master data governance within SAP or similar enterprise systems is required.

As a Principal consultant, you will lead delivery of large-scale projects, coach team members, and solve complex compensation challenges. In addition, you will support the business development process. This is a great opportunity to partner with senior management and HR leaders to develop and deliver compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent.
What You Will Do:- Structure, direct, review, and interpret analyses performed by project teams
- Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs that address clients' attraction and retention needs
- Provide consulting services to senior management on compensation issues including pay strategy (structure and competitiveness), job architecture design, and digital activation of these designs
- Manage day-to-day client interactions, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members, supporting their development and ensuring quality deliverables
- Generate revenue by developing new client relationships, extending existing engagements, and identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- Extensive (8+) years of experience in compensation consulting or related HR advisory roles, with demonstrated subject matter expertise
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and complex client engagements
- Deep knowledge of compensation strategy, compensation-related technology, incentive plan design, market analysis methodologies, and regulatory compliance
- Strong client relationship management skills with experience advising senior executives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving and coaching
- Experience leading engagements for global organizations with complex compensation challenges
- Demonstrated success in leading or supporting business development activities
- Advanced analytical skills and familiarity with compensation management tools, survey management tools, and AI-enabled compensation agents

About the RoleAs a (Contract) GTM, Partnership Marketing & Planning Senior Manager, you will support the execution and daily operations of the GTM & Planning team, including its leadership and its Partnership Marketing division. You will be an individual contributor working with the global team to build and achieve important programs, manage operational complexity, and lead planning excellence. This is a 6-month contract.
Be an operational and strategic backbone of the GTM & Planning team, ensuring projects and workflows move forward with consistency and excellence to guide Crunchyroll's global growth through its direct-to-consumer footprint presence and high-profile third-party partners such as Amazon, Apple, Roku, Comcast, Google and YouTube, PlayStation, Samsung, and many others.
Identify gaps, improve workflows, and suggest improvements without waiting for direction.
Oversee the development of executive-ready deliverables (dashboards, trackers, presentations, project plans), ensuring clarity, structure, and visual polish in every output.
Be the bridge between global HQ and international teams, ensuring on time information sharing, meeting facilitation, and on actions.

In partnership with team leadership, introduce global workflows in regions to integrate regional teams into the global organization further, facilitating process implementation and roadshows to present them.
