Client Overview:


Position Summary: The Developer, RTW Soft Wovens, reports directly to the Director of Product Development and plays a key role in supporting seasonal product execution for the Soft Wovens category. This role will require someone that has strong knowledge of soft dressing development and can work with the teams and factories to properly cost engineer the product to meet price and margin targets. Responsibilities:

• Initiate Seasonal development requirement.

• Support quality control of all Soft Wovens development samples at proto and SMS stages and request all first production counters with vendors. Partner with Production and Technical leads on any required commercialization fit needs that will need to be requested for first counter sample.

• Request and track e-commerce and press samples postpresentation/market

• Assist in setting up new Soft Wovens styles in RLM and maintain accurate, up-to-date information throughout the season (style numbers, sketches, descriptions, BOMs)

• Attend tech pack pass-offs between Design and Atelier to ensure clear and accurate communication of product details

• Partner with Design & Production to support cost engineering efforts to meet business targets while maintaining design intent

• Collaborate with vendors to suggest alternative solutions for cost challenged or complex designs while ensuring quality and compliance

• Collect proto and SMS costing information, input data into RLM, and support cost negotiations when needed

• Request production standards at SMS launch and assist in gathering documentation for binder pass-off

• Work on proper communication and line review meetings with Production teams to understand that prevent any production issues taking place when the line is adopted for production.

• Maintain and update announcement charts post-JOOR to ensure visibility of design changes across teams

• Support testing of fabrics, trims, garments, fusible, and finishes to ensure production viability

• Assist with launching and tracking development trials for woven techniques such as printing, embroidery, pleating, or specialty finishes

• Coordinate with local vendors and contractors as needed, flag cost or timeline concerns

• Support market preparation (SMS labeling, pattern digitizing follow ups, hanger loops, and main labels)

• Participate in cross-functional meetings with Product Development, Production, Design, and Merchandising; assist with notetaking and follow-ups

• Attend design fittings and initial production fittings to ensure proper execution of the product is implemented.

• Review SMS samples with Design to ensure all comments are captured and clearly communicated to Production

Position Overview

Our luxury jewelry division seeking an experienced Director of Ecommerce & CRM as a key leadership position. This role is responsible for spearheading the division’s ecomm and clienteling strategies to drive ecomm growth, enhance retail store sales, and expand brand awareness. The role will own the entire Ecommerce P&L and will be responsible for achieving sales and margin targets of the channel.

Additionally, the position will oversee the Ecomm and CRM budgets; including developers, digital media, search, partnerships, client gifting, and offline DTC events. This position will be accountable for all digital analysis, optimizations, and timely strategy changes when necessary.


Key Responsibilities

E-commerce:

  • Financial Accountability: Achieve sales and margin plans for DTC web-based sales
  • Development and Execution of Ecommerce Strategy: Formulate strategies to increase online sales, improve user experience, and ensure the website aligns with the brand's luxury image.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Website Management: Oversee the design, functionality, and performance of the site, ensuring it is optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.

CRM

  • Strategy Development: Refine the existing CRM & Clienteling strategy and manage its execution. Develop and implement new strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships, increase customer loyalty, and drive repeat purchases.
  • Customer Data Management: Oversee the collection, segmentation, and analysis of customer data to personalize communications and offers. Evaluate current CRM software to determine its suitability for the business.
  • Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, personalized messaging, and A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Communications: Work with the Division head to refine language and communication methods to ensure clients receive an on-brand experience at every touch point.
  • Customer Service Coordination: Ensure the customer service team has the tools and information needed to provide exceptional service, handle escalated issues, and implement feedback loops to improve the overall customer experience. Ensure VIP clinets are always attended to with the highest level of service.

Analytics and Performance Measurement:

  • CRM Dashboard: Develop performance KPI’s and create dashboard to monitor and share performance.


People Responsibilities & Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Team Management: Manage a high-performing Clienteling & CRM Manager and collaborate with retail store team on all clienteling efforts.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

Pinterest is on a mission to improve the comprehensiveness and shoppability of ads on our platform. We're accomplishing this by expanding our advertising demand sources through partnerships with third-party ad platforms and working closely with agencies and media companies who manage performance marketing budgets.


As a member of the Programmatic Sales & Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving Pinterest's advertising growth and revenue through a full-funnel sales strategy. As the primary partner to clients, you'll drive deal creation, oversee campaign setup, and ensure seamless launches. Leveraging data-driven strategies, you will proactively optimize performance, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional results that maximize client value and business impact. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you'll help shape solutions that maximize business impact, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable results for advertisers at every stage of the funnel.


What you'll do:



  • Develop and execute full-funnel, programmatic sales strategies for top-tier clients, driving measurable business results across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and agency partners, leading strategic deal negotiations, QBRs, and educational sessions focused on ad tech innovation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Pinterest's programmatic ad offerings and digital ecosystem trends, influencing media strategies and solution adoption.
  • Advise on best practices in programmatic buying, data integration, measurement, and optimization to maximize campaign performance on Pinterest's platform.
  • Serve as point of contact for programmatic campaigns working with Ops teams to manage deal creation, campaign setup, technical troubleshooting, and real-time optimizations.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to craft actionable recommendations and guide clients toward sustained programmatic growth and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, championing Pinterest's value in the programmatic marketplace and identifying new growth opportunities.


What we're looking for:



  • 6+ years in client-facing digital media sales roles, with deep expertise in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or media strategy.
  • Advanced understanding of full-funnel digital advertising solutions, including brand, consideration, and conversion strategies, with specialized knowledge in search, shopping, display, or (social a plus).
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing executive-level relationships with advertisers and agency programmatic centers, developing long-term strategic plans, and negotiating high-value partnership agreements to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of data and measurement solutions including Clean Rooms.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities; skilled at translating data, macro trends, and campaign performance insights into actionable recommendations that fuel ongoing revenue growth.
  • Strong consultative approach with the ability to educate, influence, and challenge executive stakeholders while crafting visionary and results-oriented media strategies.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, thriving in fast-paced environments while ensuring operational excellence, seamless cross-functional teamwork, and project management success.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as digital media or SaaS sales, or equivalent professional experience.
