*** Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and experienced Manufacturing Design / Foundry Engineer to join our team.

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading manufacturing company.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing manufacturing processes, equipment, and plants.

This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles and the ability to apply them to practical situations.

The candidate will also have the opportunity to work on mold design, fixture design and other related areas.

Responsibilities: 1.

Design, develop, and enhance manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods.

2.

Develop and implement process improvements to reduce cost and increase efficiency.

3.

Collaborate with design engineering and other cross-functional teams to improve product design for manufacturability.

4.

Develop and implement mold designs, fixture designs, and other related manufacturing tools.

5.

Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.

6.

Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished product and process capabilities, and establishing standards.

7.

Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs, reviewing production schedules, and estimating future requirements.

8.

Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

9.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

10.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications: 1.

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field is required.

A Master’s degree is preferred.

2.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing design, foundry engineering or a related role.

3.

Strong knowledge of engineering principles and their practical application.

4.

Experience with mold design, fixture design, and other related manufacturing tools.

5.

Proficient in using CAD software and other engineering tools.

6.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

7.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

8.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

9.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

10.

Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Your Impact as a Medical Lead Veterinarian

As the Medical Lead Veterinarian, you are the champion of medical excellence in your hospital. What you'll do as a Trainee Component Driver:
  • Maneuver tractor into position to attach trailer and handle lines to secure.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Trainee Component Driver Teammate:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Possess a Class A CDL.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Meet eligibility requirements in the McLane Transfer and Promotion Policy.
  • Ability and willingness to select/load/unload and/or deliver ALL products that may be ordered by McLane customers.
  • Read and comprehend labels, instructions, and bills of lading.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.

  • Providing daily supervision and mentorship
