Role Description

• Lead personalized, discovery-driven tours that connect the community’s offerings to each family’s specific needs, concerns, and timeline.

• Close every tour with a clear proposed next step and offer every prospect the opportunity to secure their place on the waitlist.
• Send personalized follow-up within 24 hours of every tour.
Partner Outreach/Community Visibility:
• Build and maintain a tiered referral partner network through scheduled visits, calls, and event participation.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in senior living sales, healthcare sales, or a closely related consultative sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-touch sales process with empathy, organization, and consistent follow-through.
• Experience with a CRM platform (Yardi or similar); comfort with technology and digital documentation.
• Strong relationship-builder with a genuine passion for serving older adults and their families.

Our client is expanding its Identity & Authentication team and is looking for a Product Manager who loves solving complex problems across user experience, security, and large‑scale technical systems.
This is not a “write user stories and run sprints” PM role. We are a lean and high velocity multifamily investment firm with 440 units and a mandate to scale to 1,500+ units by 2027 on our path to $1 Billion AUM in the next 5 years. We are looking for a Founding Director of Finance and Investments who is prepared to make the business their number one priority and own the entire financial lifecycle of our portfolio.
This is a true "multi-hat" leadership role, You will be responsible for building and owning the engine across three phases: Acquisitions, where you will be responsible for sourcing and underwriting new opportunities Finance, where you institutionalize the back-end through precise cash flow forecasting, investor distributions, and tax strategy; and Asset Management, where you hold the portfolio accountable to your forecasts by implementing aggressive execution plans to ensure every property hits its NOI targets. The Role
This is an opportunity to own and build a support function at a company experiencing hypergrowth in the US market. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is for someone who sees a blank slate as an opportunity. The customer base is scaling rapidly and this position will be responsible for building the support function that grows with it. Responsibilities
- Handle tickets and calls directly to build deep product knowledge and earn customer trust
- Design and implement the core support ticket infrastructure: SLAs, escalation paths, and cross-functional workflows with Engineering and Product
- Optimize the CRM/ticketing environment (automations, reporting, routing) and build out a self-serve knowledge base including FAQs and troubleshooting guides
- Serve as the voice of the customer, translating support patterns and user feedback into actionable product insights
- Define and track key operational KPIs and build automations to drive ongoing efficiency

What We Need to See (Essential)

Objective of the Role
Our client is seeking a Director of Analytics & Insights to lead the strategic development of its measurement and insights capability. This individual will define how performance is measured, interpreted and communicated across client engagements, with a particular focus on ecommerce, digital advertising effectiveness and broader brand growth.
The role is designed for a senior leader who can combine technical depth with business judgment. The successful candidate will establish a clear vision for analytics and reporting, strengthen the quality of insight generation across the organization, and help create scalable frameworks that enable client teams to translate data into action. This position will also play an important role in shaping how advanced tools, automation and artificial intelligence support a modern analytics function.
Ideal Profile
