Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support aerospace precision machining operations. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet strict aerospace quality standards, driving root cause analysis, leading corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary quality liaison between customers and internal production teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered

• Working knowledge of:

• Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5-Why, etc.)
• PFMEA and Control Plans
• Capability Studies and Gage R&R
• Experience working under AS9100 quality systems required

About the role:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Engineer with sufficient technical background to be able to read a mechanical drawing to sell spare parts and overall after sales services to our customers, supporting their growth and equipment availability. This role is ideal for someone who understands complex industrial equipment systems and can travel up to 20% of the time. What You’ll Do:

Technical Sales & Customer Support
