Low Turnover / Great longevity Competitive Compensation Health benefits 401K match Flexibility Fantastic Company Culture Job Details Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis, including variance and margin analysis, to support key business decisions Build and maintain forecasting and budgeting models Lead process improvements, implement new software/tools, or manage field/project P&Ls in partnership with management Oversee cost accounting processes, including labor allocation, overhead, and project/service costing Own and manage departmental or business unit P&Ls, providing actionable insights to leadership Develop and monitor financial KPIs to measure business performance and drive strategic decisions Manage pricing, commissions, bonuses, and compensation structures Partner with operations and other departments to analyze costs, allocations, and service profitability Prepare and present financial results and forecasts to leadership Support month-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting Use tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel/VBA to analyze and visualize data Support special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance Experience with Power BI, SQL, and VBA Macros for financial analysis and dashboard creation.
