Position Summary
The Life Insurance Telephone Interviewer is responsible for conducting outbound telephone interviews with life insurance applicants on behalf of multiple client companies. This role involves collecting accurate medical, financial, occupational, and avocation information while ensuring compliance, quality, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Place outbound calls to life insurance applicants to complete required interviews or leave professional voicemail messages requesting a return call.
Conduct detailed medical, financial, occupational, and avocation interviews in a clear and professional manner.
Review, verify, and edit collected information in real time to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
Utilize call management and telephony systems, including C4, Dialer, and Avaya Phone System, to place calls and document outcomes.
Log call attempts, record interview results, and document order details accurately and thoroughly.
Learn and adhere to the specific underwriting and interview requirements of multiple client companies.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from applicants, clients, staff, and management.
Follow all compliance, confidentiality, and safety policies as outlined in the Safety Manual and other training materials.
Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs and customer requirements.
Qualifications

The Stowers Institute has an opening for a Maintenance Engineer to maintain and keep mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems operational at all times. This position is four 10 hour shifts per week.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to service calls for issues regarding temperature, lighting, etc.
- General mechanical repairs such as greasing motors
- Replacing air handler filters, belts, and pumps
- Electrical repairs which could include replacing lamps and ballasts, defective switches and outlets
- Repairing plumbing including leaks and clearing of drain lines and toilets
- Maintaining and/or repairing boilers, chillers and other a/c equipment, testing water treatment levels and adding appropriate chemicals, or blowing down and testing safety valves on boilers
- Cleaning of mechanical areas such as the boiler room, maintenance shop, and mechanical areas to include painting of piping and equipment
- Utilizing the Johnson Controls Metasys building automation system to monitor and control the Institute's mechanical and electrical systems

The successful candidate will have excellent customer relations skills, good written and oral communication skills, the ability to effectively work independently and in a team-oriented environment, an excellent work history to reflect reliability and attention to detail, and a good working knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance.

- A Missouri Class "A" Operating Engineers License is preferred

What You'll Do

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and iSqft preferred.

While this role does include full-stack development, the initial project will be primarily focused on frontend delivery.
