Key Responsibilities

  • You have a demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate corporate transactions/commercial contracts.
  • You have a core understanding of employee equity structures.

Day-to-Day:


  • Advise on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and finance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents, security agreements, and related transactional instruments.
