Job Description: Project Coordinator / Project Engineer
Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator or Project Engineer works under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager within an assigned group. This position supports project teams in a fast-paced, ever-changing construction environment and requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive, initiative-taking mindset. The PC will assist with project coordination activities across bidding, planning, procurement, field support, and cost monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Support and promote the safety culture at Miller Bros. Construction (MBC).
- Utilize HeavyJob software for project tracking and support.
- Perform material and earthwork takeoffs.
- Utilize Trimble Business Center to support project planning and field coordination.
- Solicit subcontractor and material supplier quotes.
- Assist in project bidding and project setup within HCSS bidding software.
- Interface regularly with Field Superintendents to support project execution.
- Monitor job costing and project resources in coordination with Field Superintendents.
- Assist with CPM scheduling and scheduling updates using Primavera P6.
- Process purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
- Attend and support meetings including pre-bid, preconstruction, and project progress meetings.
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Construction Engineering / Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering / Civil Engineering Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills.
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Exceptional attendance and reliability.
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely move over uneven terrain and active construction sites.

POSITION/TITLE: Project Manager 1
Job Overview:
The Project Manager 1 is responsible for assisting in the success and profitability of a project from the bidding phase through final completion. The PM1 reports to the Group Manager and shall initiate regular communication with the GM on bid challenges, risk issues, cost impacts, project conditions and highlight other concerns which create a scope or cost deviation from the original estimations of profit and loss involving a particular task. The primary standards by which a PM1 shall be measured include the following:
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the project to a successful result for both the client and Miller Bros. Const., Inc.
- Providing the highest level of Client Satisfaction
- Meeting project schedule
- Effectively communicating with all parties involved in the project
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Prepare bids and estimated cost to perform the full scope of work using HCSS
- Maximizing the project profitability
- Accurately managing the fiscal and administrative responsibilities of the project
- Maintain a positive attitude and good working relationships with customers, employees, and the public
- Prepare, manage and file all contract documents from project award to close-out
- Review and update all cost reports
- Ensure all projects comply with OSHA Standards, MSHA Standards and MBC Safety Programs, in addition to all client/owner safety requirements. Ensure proper safety practices for field operations are followed.
- Work with the Safety Directors, Superintendents and Foremen to promote “Site Sense” talks every morning with their crews and prior to beginning a major change in operations
- Review and understand all project scopes, schedules, budgets, plans, specifications and standard drawings for the work to be performed. Build the work to meet or exceed specifications
- Coordinate all project activities and schedule demands through the Superintendents and Foreman
- Discuss resource requirements on a regular basis with the Superintendent, Director of Field Personnel and Equipment Manager
- Report weekly the status of each project to the GM
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or estimation
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in heavy construction
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move safely over uneven terrain
- Excellent communication skills

JOB SUMMARY
As a Switch Product Manager, you will lead the development of technology products aimed at enhancing the capabilities of pharmacists, health care professionals, and patients in delivering high-quality healthcare services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of the pharmacy and healthcare landscapes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and healthcare experts, to drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch. This job works closely with the Senior Product Manager and the Manager and/or Director of the group for guidance and support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Vision: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's mission and addresses the needs of pharmacists to provide better healthcare.
- Subject Matter Expert: Be the expert regarding your product and act as a leader internally and externally for your solution.
- Financial Accountability: Understand the drivers of product profitability and assist leadership in ensuring that products are hitting financial targets including budgeted revenue and margin growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, including competitive analysis and customer feedback, to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the pharmacy technology space.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with customers, pharmacists, healthcare professionals, users, patients, and stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Roadmap Development: Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the prioritized features, enhancements, and initiatives necessary to achieve the product's strategic goals.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and quality assurance, to ensure successful execution of the product roadmap while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
- User-Centric Design: Work closely with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enable pharmacists and other health care professionals to efficiently manage patient care, medication dispensing, and communication.
- Iterative Development: Employ an iterative development approach, gathering user feedback and data to make informed decisions that enhance the product's usability, performance, and impact. Run pilot and beta programs with early-stage products and releases.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that effectively communicate the value of the product to potential customers.
- Metrics and Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and regularly analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the product adheres to relevant healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners, providing updates on product development and addressing inquiries.
KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager with a direct knowledge of Claims processing/adjudication and understanding of NCPDP Standards or a similar role in healthcare technology or related industries.
- Strong background in the Pharmacy industry with direct knowledge of how Patient Assistance, Vouchers and other pre and post edits work within the Pharmacy claims processing market.
- Proficiency in agile product development methodologies and tools.
- History of experience in technical design requirements along with business skills to communicate with leadership on strategy and product direction as well as communicate directly with engineers on detailed requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair of heavy civil construction equipment in both shop and field environments.
- Communicate effectively with company management, field personnel, and equipment department leadership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with field supervision to support operational needs.
- Ensure adherence to safety and maintenance protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

What you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:
- Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.
- Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
- Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
- Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
- Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.

Qualifications you'll bring as a CDL-A Teammate:

Job Description Summary:
Cardiac Specialty/ Cardiac Specialty Intermediate is specialized in taking care of a variety of cardiovascular diseases which includes:Peripheral Vascular: Angiogram, Thrombectomy
Structural Heart: TAVR, SAVR, CABG, Heart Catherization +/- interventions
Heart Failure: Diuresis, Echocardiogram, Blood Pressure Support
Electrophysiology: Pacemaker/ICD, Ablation, Cardioversion, Drug Loading, Temporary Pacemakers
The Cardiac Specialty Intermediate portion of the unit requires specialized training to become competent in caring for that patient population. Training is done 6 months after hired date.
This position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. He/She/They are accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities And Duties:
Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).Outcomes Identification/Planning - Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).
Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data (20%).
Leadership - Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).

Position Summary
Our client is seeking a seasoned HVAC professional who understands commercial equipment from the inside out and knows how to guide building owners toward the right replacement solution. If you cut your teeth as a commercial HVAC technician and later stepped into sales or estimating, this role gives you a chance to put both worlds to work.
You’ll lead the replacement sales process for chillers, boilers, rooftop units, cooling systems, and other commercial mechanical equipment. This is a relationship-forward role where accuracy, clarity, and consultative guidance matter as much as technical expertise.
What You’ll Do
• Develop quotes and estimates for commercial HVAC replacement projects ranging from $20K to $500K
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate equipment condition and replacement needs
• Recommend solutions based on mechanical best practices, energy efficiency, and lifecycle cost
• Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, owners, and general contractors
• Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, scheduling, and execution
• Track and manage your pipeline to meet revenue goals
• Provide post-sale support to ensure a smooth project handoff
What You Bring
• Background as a commercial HVAC technician, followed by experience in sales, estimating, or project development
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacement or project sales
• Strong understanding of chillers, boilers, RTUs, cooling systems, and mechanical systems
• Ability to walk a client through options clearly and confidently
• Strong estimating, quoting, and scope development skills
• Valid driver's license (vehicle allowance provided)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists the Director of Marketing in supporting the marketing and sales plan tactics and initiatives for Scioto Properties to meet quarterly goals and Scioto business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in communications, marketing, creative design or related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including, Excel, Word and Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, and other paid media platforms. Adobe products- Photoshop, Premiere Pro or Premiere Rush, and other media editing software programs is a plus.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Service Technician II is responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance, functionality, and appearance of the community’s physical assets. This role requires a strong technical skillset, timely completion of service requests, and collaboration with team members to deliver a high-quality resident experience. This person will report directly to the Operations Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance and Professional Standards
- Conduct all work in alignment with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including Fair Housing, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other applicable laws.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor with residents, team members, and vendors.
Property Maintenance and Repairs
- Inspect buildings and common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC units, mechanical and electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural elements, and community grounds.
- Repair serviceable items such as appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems across B&H communities.
- Ensure unit turnovers are completed within five (5) working days unless otherwise directed by the Operations Manager.
Work Order Execution and Task Coordination
- Complete assigned work orders promptly, requesting support and reporting any delays or issues.
- Provide daily updates on progress and coordinate tasks with operations staff and maintenance teams.
- Standard expectations include completion of work orders within 48 hours (excluding emergencies) and unit turns within seven working days, unless directed otherwise by the Operations Manager.
Grounds and Site Management
- Maintain community grounds to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned B&H portfolio.
- Provide assistance to other B&H assets as needed to drive broader company goals and operational success.
Administrative and Reporting Duties
- Complete and submit required forms, reports, and documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Participate in other related responsibilities as assigned by the Service Manager.
On-Call and Emergency Response
- Participate in the on-call rotation to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS
- Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated success in apartment maintenance, construction, or a related field.
- EPA certification required for refrigerant handling, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
- HVAC certification, preferred.
- For positions that require travel between properties, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Above average oral communication skills.
- Provide your own hand tools including but not limited to power drills, impacts, and all non-powered hand tools.
- Able to operate all necessary tools to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Experience in residential property maintenance is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards and other environmental safety standards.
- Must be self-motivated, able to complete assigned tasks and can negotiate competitive pricing of supplies and contracted work.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work orders.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail.
- Able to perform at high levels in a fast-paced work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demand.
- Able to think logically to troubleshoot, analyze situations, and make sound business decisions.
- Able to perform a variety of duties in all types of weather.
