NDM seeks a full-time associate attorney with 2-4+ years of civil litigation experience. Applicants should be well-versed in the Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and have experience in preparing for and conducting depositions, drafting pleadings, including dispositive motions, and preparing and responding to written discovery. Experience attending hearings and participating in trial are also preferred. Strong analytical, research and writing skills are essential for this position. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and must be in good standing. The ideal candidate has experience in insurance defense and specifically in construction defect litigation. Prior experience as a Judge’s Clerk is also a plus.


NDM offers competitive pay and benefits. Compensation range will be between $85k and $140k, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, associates can qualify for NDM’s bonus structure.
