This position will also oversee credit risk management and maintenance of credit quality for the respective assigned portfolio by monitoring relationship trends, clearing of exceptions, properly assessing and evaluating credit risk and other key factors, and providing recommendations and credit solutions which are appropriate to the relationship risk profile.

Support the large & complex financial analysis with a high degree of accuracy in terms of figures and credit risk assessment.
Responsibility will also include the proper identification of loan policy exceptions and identification of industry/loan structure specific risks/issues with appropriate mitigating factors.
Ability to identify, evaluate, monitor and make any recommendation deemed necessary to the supervisor to assess, reduce, eliminate or control any current or prospective risks to earnings or capital arising from violations of, or nonconformance with, laws, rules, regulations, prescribed practices, internal policies and procedures or ethical standards.
Assist in the review and measurement of Bank Borrower’s conformance with legal covenants, tracking of same and the identification of compliance or non-compliance This may include assisting Credit Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers in collaborating with other bank units such as Credit Administration, Loan Operations, Credit Services, Closing areas, and Credit Risk.
Assist in the training process of new underwriters.
Specifically, assist the trainees in the following: adopting the operating procedures of the department, mastering the various formats used and the credit criteria applied to the various forms of analysis.
Complete or review and provide feedback on spread financial statements, comprehensive analysis, and credit approval packages according to Bank credit programs and policy.
Work within the software systems for loan originations, modifications, annual reviews, and other presentations to senior management.
Responsible for the administration and monitoring maturities, delinquencies, including criticized assets reports on a regular basis as well as assisting in the identifying any “red flags” or problems within the portfolio.
Reports to supervisor all portfolio issues and irregularities found in these reports.
Conduct project site visits/inspections and report findings.
Provide assistance in other areas within the department, as required, covering during vacation or absenteeism.
Ensure preventive measures are carried out to fully comply with current rules, regulations and internal policies relating to risks pertaining to BSA, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and other AML related issues.
Assist management with ongoing projects.
Any other duties as assigned by the Chief Credit Officer or supervisor.
Minimum Education and/or Certifications Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance required.
Master’s degree preferred OR 5+ years of credit underwriting/credit analysis experience in lieu of education.
Formal credit training preferred.
Minimum Work Experience Requirements: 10+ years of professional experience credit underwriting/credit analysis.
Knowledgeable of banking products and documentation.
Technical and/or Other Essential Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the Bank’s credit procedures, programs and policy.
Accounting and credit principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required; experience in SQL is a plus.

Position Summary
The Manager, Recruitment Events & Experience is responsible for building and implementing recruitment event framework for shipboard hiring. This role establishes foundational processes, templates, standards, and planning routines that enable recruiters to deliver consistent, effective candidate experiences worldwide. The manager will coordinate global event planning, maintain the overarching event calendar, support recruiters, and source vendors to support execution across diverse markets.
The manager will design the event structure, test and refine early models, gather data from pilots, source new event vendors, conduct market vetting, support RFP cycles, and adjust the operating model as the strategy matures. The Manager of Weddings & Special Occasions is responsible for booking and contracting all Atlantis Wedding and Special Occasion related business in the assigned region and market segment. This position will provide daily sales driven support for the Weddings and Special Occasions department and actively pursue all sales and revenue growth opportunities.
KeyResponsibilities
- Assist in answering all Wedding and Special Occasion calls, emails and RFP requests (as well as any other platforms leads are received from) and respond with all necessary and requested information.
- Respond to all leads and general email communication within 24 hours on businessdays.
- Create all bookings in Delphi/IvvY or comparable Sales and Event Management System
- Book and contract all room block and catered Wedding and Special Occasion functions for clients in designated region and market segment and follow up with all client questions and inquiries throughout the planning process.
- Manage all contractual and room block matters throughout the entire planning phase.
- Handle contract negotiation and file turnover effectively.
- Coordinate transition of booking to On-Island Resort Planner/Celebrations Manager.

The Director of Construction Accounting will be responsible for managing the actual and budget performance of several new Development projects at the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort, including the renovation of the Cove resort. This position will support the company’s onsite Development Team in preparing project budgets, executing contracts, approving invoices, and measuring actual costs against budget on a project and monthly basis.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of construction project budgets including detailed cost estimates supported by contractor quotes.
- Work with Development team in implementation of Procore project management system, including creation of project cost code budget template and integration to JD Edwards financial system.
- Review & manage contract terms, contribute substantive input into the milestone schedule, assure value engineering ideas are constructible.
- Review contractor & subcontractor pay requisitions and ensure accuracy of percentage of completion, cost coding, etc.
- Review direct vendor invoices ensure receipt of services, cost coding, proper approvals, etc.
- Prepare project budget to actual reports, review and explain variances, etc.
- Maintain forecasts on all project budgets and provide reporting to management on project performance.

TalentoHC is actively partnered with a global enterprise seeking a QA Team Manager for a 6- month contract to support automation initiatives within the organization.
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery across the enterprise. This role leads QA strategy, testing processes, and automation initiatives while partnering with business, product, and technology teams to support reliable digital experiences. The position plays a key role in maintaining quality standards, improving testing practices, and supporting complex product releases within a SAFe Agile environment.
QA Strategy & Governance
- Define and implement QA standards, testing frameworks, and quality policies across digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain functional and automation testing strategies for new and existing applications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, industry, and internal quality standards.
Testing & Release Management
- Lead end-to-end testing for major releases, including planning, execution, certification, and production readiness.
- Oversee development of test plans, test scripts, and defect management processes.
- Establish quality metrics and reporting to assess release readiness and product performance.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Lead automation testing strategy and ensure consistent adoption of testing tools, processes, and SLAs.
- Implement improved User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies, including tools, timelines, and governance.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to QA processes and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder & Product Collaboration
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and architects to define features, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and quality validation processes.
- Support product roadmap planning, including scheduling, resource planning, risk mitigation, and delivery tracking.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor QA team members, setting priorities, goals, and development plans.
- Coordinate global teams and external vendors to deliver quality product releases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience managing software delivery or QA initiatives in IT environments.
- 7+ years of experience working with product roadmaps and digital product development.
- Strong experience with SDLC methodologies, SAFe Agile, and Scrum.
- Experience with Jira is required
- Experience with Selenium and/or Katalon is required

Seeking Director of National Accounts. The ideal candidate for consideration will be located either in Plantation, FL or work remotely within a market with a major air hub. Must be able to identify and qualify new accounts that will produce groups of over 100 rooms per night that generate maximum revenue for the resort as well as manage existing account base to increase sales through repeat business in assigned Geographic Markets. Sales manager must meet and exceed goals of revenue and room night production as well as sales activity goals outlined in annual marketing plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Solicit business from new and existing accounts
- Write and negotiate contracts through E-Proposal
- Plan and conduct creative site inspections on Island
- Attends major travel functions to promote sales for the hotel
- Plans and executes sales trips to major market areas
- Accurately turn over file to conference planning execute the program
- Attend groups pre-con and follow up post-convention to secure repeat business opportunities
- Sales calls and presentations to existing key and targeted accounts
- Organize and/or attend Familiarization trips to the island for targeted accounts
- Contracting and developing relationships client relationships
- Taking an entrepreneurial approach to dynamically leveraging relationships
- Representing Atlantis, Paradise Island at domestic trade shows
- Identifying and profiling new market opportunities
- Maintaining rate integrity and maximizing yield opportunities in cooperation with revenue management
- Produces and implements action plans to ensure revenue budget objectives are achieved
- Procures new and repeat business for the resort by maintaining contact with planners’ decision makers and account executives within the assigned account base
- Maximize revenue opportunities through yield management and room inventory control of the group ceilings
- Negotiates and contracts group blocks and associated conference space
- Monitors competitor activities and understands their strengths and weaknesses
- Maintains close relations with key third parties, travel companies and representation firms

Job Summary
The Computer System Validation (CSV) Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring computerized systems used in regulated manufacturing environments meet compliance, validation, and data integrity requirements. This role serves as the Quality reviewer and approver for manufacturing and digital platforms, applying risk-based validation principles to support efficient project execution while maintaining regulatory inspection readiness.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve CSV lifecycle documentation including VMP, URS, FRS, HDS, Risk Assessments, IQ/OQ/PQ, RTM, and Summary Reports.
- Ensure validation strategies align with GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
- Assess system changes through change control processes, determining GxP impact and validation requirements.
- Support periodic reviews and re-validation of existing computerized systems.
- Act as Quality reviewer/approver for manufacturing and laboratory systems such as:
- MES/EBR platforms (e.g., Werum PAS-X or similar)
- Data historians (e.g., OSIsoft PI or equivalent)
- Advanced analytics tools (e.g., Seeq)
- Empower and other laboratory systems
- Review system configurations related to data acquisition, time stamping, audit trails, access controls, and electronic records/signatures.
- Ensure appropriate segregation between GxP and non-GxP system usage.
- Evaluate and approve system data flows, interfaces, and integrations.
- Support regulatory inspections (e.g., FDA, EMA) and internal audits related to computerized systems validation and compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field (recent graduates encouraged).
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing, including at least 2 years within a Quality organization.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on CSV experience reviewing and approving validation documentation.
- Direct experience supporting manufacturing or utilities systems (not limited to laboratory systems).
- Strong knowledge of GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity (ALCOA+) principles.
