Key Responsibilities: 

• This role is fully onsite at the company’s Grapevine location and will serve as the primary HR leader with responsibility for building out processes, policies, and future HR team structure

Role Overview

The Vice President of Engineering is a senior technology leader responsible for driving J.Hilburn’s digital product architecture, engineering strategy, and execution. Strategic Leadership & Vision

The Manager - Software Quality Engineering is responsible for ensuring that quality standards are met on all materials coming into the warehouse and all products going to customers. This position plays a critical role in establishing and ensuring adherence to shop quality standards, procedures, techniques and continuous improvement. The LQAC works directly with internal and external suppliers, QACs at other facilities and corporate QA personnel. They are also a key driver of resourcing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and participating in continuous process improvement/lean manufacturing project initiatives. Attendance, as scheduled, is an essential function of this job.

Major Activities

• Develops, implements, communicates and maintains the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). Formulates and manages the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QMS and ensure that the established objectives are communicated to all team members and that advances or declines in achieving those goals are also regularly reported.
• Sets up and maintains controls and documentation procedures including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Setup Parameters. Organizes documents into an easy to use and fast retrieval system so team members can find procedures quickly and conform to requirements.
• Explains quality process compliance to others using a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form to help others understand, follow and conform to established best practices. Conducts root cause analysis as needed.
• Serves as the company’s liaison to assembly plant peers (QACs) and ensures the execution of corrective action and compliance with company specifications.
• Participates in weekly sourcing team and CAF staff meetings.
• Notifies production leadership and GM immediately of nonconformity.
• Prepares and presents a quarterly quality report for leadership team review. Obtains feedback from team member meetings and other such interactions and incorporates the action in moving the quality program forward.
• Maintains master control samples and step samples in a clean and protected environment.
• Builds and maintains good working relationships with assembly plant peers and all internal manufacturing team members and managers.
• Cross-trains into other positions and provides support to other production teams and functions as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires BS/BA Degree in Science, Technology Engineering Math (STEM) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Physics and a minimum 8 years of related work experience
• Experience with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of RedHat Linux operating systems
• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and/or Chef
• Experience with CI/CD concepts and toolchains (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitLab, Artifactory, Helm) from a user and integrator perspective
• Ability to obtain DOD TS/SCI security clearance is required after day 1. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

• Strong working knowledge in infrastructure of servers, networking, storage, and virtualization technologies in enterprise or mission environments
• Effective communication, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to engineers, customers, and senior leadership
• Advanced experience troubleshooting performance, reliability, and availability issues across Linux-based platforms and infrastructure services
• Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and/or Bash used for automation and operational workflows
• Experience designing and delivering solutions within a DevOps framework, including security integration throughout the software lifecycle
• Strong AWS experience, including architecture, deployment, and security of services such as EC2, EKS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC, with an emphasis on scalability and cost optimization
• Container and platform engineering experience using Kubernetes and container runtimes such as Docker or Podman
• Working knowledge of integrating CI/CD pipelines and toolchains to support application teams
• Experience integrating and supporting COTS and FOSS products in secure or regulated environments
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliance (e.g., Security+ CE or equivalent)

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.

Customer Service / Order Processing Specialist

Are you a detail‐oriented customer service/order processing professional who thrives in a fast‐paced environment? We're looking for an Order Processing Specialist to take ownership of customer and distributor sales orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and provide exceptional customer experience. In this role, you'll serve as a subject matter expert, support cross‐functional teams, and help strengthen the processes that keep our business moving. This is an onsite position at our corporate headquarters located in Carrollton, TX.

What you'll do -

• Customer Service
• Serve as a resource and part expert by providing accurate support to customer inquiries.
• Work with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to identify challenges and develop creative solutions.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Customer Sales Processing
• Communicate with customers regarding orders for manufactured and aftermarket products.
• Review orders and incoming order documentation to ensure configuration, price, and product requirements are accurate and specifications are complete prior to order entry.
• Enter and process confirmed orders in JD Edwards ERP system and acknowledge back to customer.

• Distributor Sales Processing
• Contact distributor for clarification of missing information. Resolve any problems with the orders to ensure orders are processed correctly.
• Answer distributor's inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and order status.
• With the Purchasing to provide ship dates for non-stock items. Advise distributors of delays or changes in shipping dates. Expedite, if required, to meet customer expectations.

• Sales Support
• Answer any sales order questions that arise within sales, customer service.
• Work with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other departments about date management, special requests, freight, and other customer needs.
• Assist with continuous improvement projects including lean and kaizen events in order to improve the department.

What we're looking for:

• Requires a high school diploma. Associate's degree in business administration is desirable.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service working with customers, salespeople, or distributors.
• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with JD Edwards software preferred.
