Collaborate with internal departments, including transportation, environmental, and stormwater teams, to ensure comprehensive project solutions.

Coordinate the planning and organization of workflow, offering technical oversight for various project components.

Assist in preparing design calculations, details, and specifications, while also supporting plan reviews and modifications.

Demonstrate excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Foster a team-oriented and action-driven approach.

Identify and pursue business opportunities with a keen eye for growth.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of eight years of experience in civil land development.

At least three years of experience as a lead designer on projects.

Proficient in AutoCAD Land Desktop or similar design software, with demonstrated capability to conduct quality reviews.

Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio or the ability to obtain registration shortly after starting; additional state registrations are a plus.
