Job Title: VP of Service

Location: Fremont, CA (USA) or Hsinchu (Taiwan)

Role Overview

We are looking for a resourceful and commercially oriented VP of Service to develop and lead our service business globally. This position will require direct interactions with key accounts as well as managing others to maximize quality, customer satisfaction and commercial growth consistent with YES’s overall business plan.

This position will report to the SVP, Worldwide Sales & BD.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement the overall service delivery and operations plan for the Company’s products
• Create and adhere to an Annual Operating Plan with a focus on achieving annual revenue and target margin objectives
• Build a service operations team to deliver high value add service solutions that meet the defined profitability and customer satisfaction levels of the business
• Develop strategic marketing plans for service products

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and calibration on lab equipment

We are seeking a Senior Robotic Simulation Engineer with deep, hands-on expertise in building high-fidelity simulation environments and synthetic data pipelines using NVIDIA Isaac Sim or similar.

In this role, you will directly contribute to the development of scalable, realistic virtual worlds that power the training and validation of robotic foundation models for perception, planning, and manipulation.

At GM’s manufacturing technology development team, you’ll work closely with robotics and AI teams within the Manufacturing Technology Development (MTD) team to create simulation scenes that replicate complex manufacturing environments, generate diverse synthetic datasets, and build robust data workflows that accelerate model development and deployment.

In addition, this team has ownership over all ground and flight test operations within the organization. Responsibilities

In your role as Sr. Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer, you will assist in the design and installation of modified flight control systems, throughout the development of a remotely operated autoflight system. You will ensure the proper build-up of functions and capabilities, beginning in the lab and ending on the vehicle. You will be expected to verify the end-to-end functionality of the system and ensure the ability to assess all desired test requirements. This will require engaging with many teams throughout the organization and having a firm understanding of the vehicle's capabilities. As part of the flight test campaigns, you'll act as the responsible engineer for the vehicle and often as test director.

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ASIC Power Engineer to perform power analysis and optimization for advanced chip designs used in next-generation AR/VR devices. The role focuses on improving PPA (Power, Performance, Area) through RTL and netlist-level power analysis and collaborating with cross-functional ASIC design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform power analysis and PPA optimization across ASIC design flows
• Analyze RTL and netlist-level power reports
• Develop scripts (Python/Perl/TCL) for report analysis and automation
• Work with synthesis, physical design, timing, and power flows
• Implement low-power methodologies using UPF

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in ASIC Power or Low Power Design
• Experience with Synopsys tools (DC, ICC, PrimePower/PTPX, VCS, Verdi) or Cadence Joules
• Knowledge of UPF and power optimization techniques
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Perl, or TCL)
• BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

Preferred Qualifications:

• Silicon power characterization
• Power profiling at IP/SoC level
• Experience with data analysis/visualization (Excel or MATLAB)
