As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical) at Reliable Robotics, you'll play a critical role in developing and continuously improving all aspects of our manufacturing, installation, and supply chain processes to meet design, regulatory, and business requirements (including safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery). You will be responsible for designing the build and installation process for mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electrical/avionics products, conducting design for excellence (DFx) reviews, and developing the processes and infrastructure to help the business scale. Responsibilities

• Responsible for building, installing, testing, diagnosing, inspecting, and maintaining Reliable-designed mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electrical/avionics assemblies, harnesses, interconnects, and other commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products

• Conduct design for excellence (DFx) reviews to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and conformance to requirements

• Collaborate with design, quality, and certification teams to embed manufacturability, compliance, and risk mitigation in all phases of product development (e.g., prototype, R&D, certification, and production)

• Develop and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, quality management system, and engineering change orders

• Develop processes to ensure accurate, current, and complete documentation (work instructions, inspections, tests, records, etc.) is utilized and maintained

• Lead root-cause analysis and implement timely corrective actions to maintain schedule, quality, and reliability

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, or systems engineering

• 7+ years of manufacturing, design, and/or testing experience

• 2+ years of experience with computer-aided design (CAD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, such as Altium, NX, and Teamcenter

Preferred Criteria

• Research and Development (R&D) or New Product Introduction (NPI) experience

As a Sr. Hardware Test Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a critical part of the Hardware Test team. This is a small team of broadly experienced engineers that strive to ensure that all hardware being produced meets the stringent requirements for aviation. You will be one of the essential interfaces between the design, production, and flight test teams and will be exposed to a wide variety of technical challenges.

You will be architecting automated test stands to replicate extreme flight conditions on our hardware and mechanisms that will serve as the backbone of our qualification testing. You will help to break our development hardware, help root-cause the failure modes, and provide critical input in redesigning it. You will be writing the software and building the hardware platforms for the command, control and data collection systems that will test our systems to rigorous aerospace standards. You will be a technical leader on a team eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the design, build, and maintenance of mechanical or electrical test stands for development testing, production acceptance testing, functional and environmental qualification testing

• Automate the repetitive aspects of the test stands

Basic Success Criteria

• B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent industry experience

• Professional knowledge of ECAD tools such as Altium OR MCAD tools such as NX

As a Sr. Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and integration of cutting-edge server systems. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. System Test Engineer to play a critical role in guaranteeing the quality and performance of our server products. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive hardware system integration testing, identifying potential issues, and recommending solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead hardware system integration testing for server product development, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
• Design and execute customized test plans and methods tailored to specific customer needs.
• Analyze test data, identify problems, and propose effective solutions for improvement.
• Write detailed test reports and meticulously track identified issues through resolution.
• Stay at the forefront of testing technology by actively researching and implementing new methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in system testing, preferably with a focus on server hardware.
• Familiarity with GPU-related testing experience is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of server system software and hardware architecture, including key sever system components and their technical characteristics.
• Strong knowledge of various mainstream operating systems, installation procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proven ability to independently manage and execute testing tasks, including report writing, data analysis, and problem tracking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior server testing experience and fluency in both English and Chinese are highly preferred.
