POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Executive Management & Government Affairs, will serve as a key partner within the Office of the CEO, supporting enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, executive decision-making, and cross-functional execution.
This role will act as a force multiplier to the CEO Office by driving structured analysis, managing high-impact projects, coordinating cross-departmental priorities, and supporting public affairs and external advisory engagements.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1–3 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, consulting, business operations, project management, finance, healthcare, or related fields.
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives or participating in multi-departmental projects.
- Exposure to executive-level reporting or presentation preparation preferred but not required.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare and biopharma) is a plus.
- Internship or early-career experience in strategy, analytics, or operations roles will be considered.
- Bilingual, Korean preferred.

What this job involves –
Operates, inspects, and maintains all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain most efficient operating results and life expectancy. Assures that equipment is being maintained in an energy efficient, safe manner and down time is reduced to a minimum by anticipation of necessary repairs keeping records of past operating experiences. What is your day to day?
- Performance of ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems, equipment, and other components.
- Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds, and production equipment as it pertains to assigned buildings.
- Study and become familiar with the various items of equipment, and the methods required to use them properly, that are required in everyday activities.

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

The Opportunity
As a dedicated Life Actuary Senior , you will lead advanced actuarial analyses and provide strategic insight into our reinsurance programs across Life and Annuity product portfolios. - Perform complex and often unique work assignments utilizing actuarial modeling software driven models for pricing, valuation, and/or risk management.
- Review laws and regulations to ensure all processes are compliant and provides recommendations for improvements. Monitor industry communications regarding potential changes to existing laws and regulations.
- Share knowledge with team members and serves as a key resource to entire team, including leadership, on escalated issues and navigates obstacles to deliver work product.
