Position Summary: Currently recruiting for a Human Resources Specialist, reporting to the Human Resources Manager, Operations, to work on corporate initiatives and provide direct support to our fast-growing manufacturing facility in Johnson City, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews for all hourly positions.
• Conduct comprehensive new employee orientations to introduce company policies, culture, and expectations. Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with various departments to provide necessary training, resources, and support. Facilitate the integration of new hires into the team, addressing any questions or concerns they may have to foster a positive and productive start
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

• Hands-on employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, working to support values-based behaviors and a thriving, highly engaged culture within the organization.
• Partner with department leadership to develop strategies and solutions to ensure high employee engagement and organizational achievement. Key areas of focus will be employee engagement, retention, and talent acquisition.
• Support structured change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions, supporting ongoing organizational development as the company grows and faces the accompanying challenges.
• Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulation and shares findings with HR leadership.
• Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
• May conduct or assist with conducting classification audits to ensure that jobs are properly classified as exempt or nonexempt.
• Ensure that all duties are carried out consistent with the strategy, mission, vision and values of the business.
• Take on any additional tasks or projects as assigned by leadership to support team objectives and organizational goals.
• Conduct all work activities in compliance with Federal and State laws and Company safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualification & Experience:

• Must have excellent communication skills. This position will challenge the incumbent to learn and grow professionally, so the ideal candidate must be highly adaptable and demonstrate an eagerness to grow. Previous experience in a multi-national organization is desired, but not required.

Education:

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field and up to 2+ years of relevant Human Resources experience, with a demonstrated knowledge of core HR principles and practices.

As a dedicated Property Adjuster Specialist , you will work within established guidelines and framework to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims presented by or against our members. Property Adjuster Specialist focus on using technology and desk adjusting for a virtual first approach to inspections and claims handling. USAA also provides a company vehicle to physically inspect losses within your locally assigned territory. Field Adjusters may travel outside of their local territory to respond to claims in other regions when needed. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with paid overtime available.

This is a field-based role for Salt Lake City, UT. Candidates currently living in this location or willing to self-relocate are encouraged to apply.

• Proactively manages assigned claims caseload comprised of complex damages that require commensurate knowledge and understanding of claims coverage including potential legal liability.

• Partners with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate complex claims resolution. May also involve external regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance.

• Investigates claim damages by conducting research from various sources, including the insured, third parties, and external resources. May identify and resolve potential discrepancies and identifies subrogation potential resulting from unusual characteristics.

• Identifies coverage concerns, reviews prior loss history, determines and creates Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals, when appropriate. Determines coverage through analyzing information involving complex policy terms and contingencies.

• Determines and negotiates complex claims settlement within authority limits. Develops recommendations and collaborates with management for determining settlement amounts outside of authority limits and accurately manages claims outcomes.

• Maintains accurate, thorough, and current claim file documentation throughout the claims process.

• Advance knowledge of estimating technology platforms and virtual inspection tools. Utilizes platforms and tools to prepare claims estimates to manage complex property insurance claims.

• Supports workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed, including mandatory on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.

• May be assigned CAT deployment travel with minimal notice during designated CATs.

• Works various types of claims, including ones of higher complexity, and may be assigned additional work outside normal duties as needed.

• Works independently solving complex problems with minimal guidance; acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

• Adjusts complex claims with attorney involvement.

• Recognizes and addresses jurisdictional challenges such as applicable legislation and construction considerations.

• May require travel to resolve claims, attend training, and conduct in-person inspections.

• Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required.

• 2 years of relevant property claims adjusting experience of moderate complexity losses that includes writing estimates, involving dwelling and structural damages.

• Advanced knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate or similar tools and platforms.

• Proficient knowledge of residential construction.

• Proficient knowledge of property claims contracts and interpretation of case law and state laws and regulations.

• Proficient negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

• Proven investigatory, analytical, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to travel 50-75% of the year (local & non-local) and/or work catastrophe duty when needed.

• Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts.

• US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner

• 5 years of prior field experience handling higher severity/complex losses (i.e. vandalism, malicious mischief, foreclosures, earth movement, collapse, liability, etc.)

• Prior experience adjusting property claims using virtual technologies

• Prior property field adjuster experience handling DWG, APS and ALE adjustments

• Industry designations such as AINS, CPCU, AIC, SCLA (or actively pursuing)

• Xactimate Level 1 and/or Level 2 certification

• Prior deployments in support of catastrophes

• Currently hold an active Adjuster License

• Currently reside within or have the ability to self-relocate to Salt Lake City, UT

• May require the ability to crouch and stoop to inspect confined spaces, to include attics and go beneath homes into crawl spaces.

• May need to meet all USAA safe driving requirements including verification of driving record through MVR & possession of valid driver's license.

• May require the ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds to include lifting a ladder in and out of the trunk of a car.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $69,920.00 - $133,620.00.

The Consumer Sales Representative-Retail is a key contributor in TDS’s overall consumer strategy to grow, delight and retain our customers. • Resolves construction related issues in specific markets by creating and completing Triage tickets.
• Keeps current with Promotions, Products and Technology necessary to Exceeding or Meeting Sales and Retention Goals. Regular attendance and promptness for work are essential functions of this position because absenteeism and tardiness significantly impact the ability of the Company and coworkers to meet our customers' needs
• Handles retail office responsibilities such as restocking supplies, unlocking and locking office, maintaining office cleanliness, participating in community events, and working with other departments to coordinate use of space.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a sales or customer service role
• 2+ years computer experience (may include order applications, Microsoft Outlook, Word, or Excel).

The listed pay range reflects the minimum and maximum base compensation for this position. The base pay rate offered is expected to be $18.19 per hour. In addition, certain positions may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, or equity awards.

Summary: Employs radiologic sciences technology to perform a variety of patient care, technical, and diagnostic tasks targeted to the care of patients with cardiovascular disease.

Major tasks include ultrasound imaging, patient preparation and post procedure care, procedure room set-up and cleaning, and quality monitoring.

Responsibilities: 1.

Demonstrates competence in delivering pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care including, but not limited to patient assessment pre- and post-procedure care and, emergency cardiac care (CPR is required).

Additionally, assistance with post-procedure transport may be required.

2.

Ensures equipment is calibrated and properly maintained on a daily basis.

Performs and records all equipment maintenance and quality assurance monitoring.

Troubleshoots and identifies any equipment problems and reports to appropriate supervisor.

3.

Generates ultrasound images of the heart and/or vascular related structures.

4.

May perform staff training and education.

5.

Monitors and records patient information and maintains report storage and data systems.

Compiles and enters data necessary for charge entry and prepares reports.

Also responsible for retrieval of stored information and reports from the automated storage system.

6.

Prepares procedure room and equipment for daily use and is responsible for timely and efficient room preparation between procedures.

Qualifications Education Requirements: Associate’s degree in Sonography, Radiology or a related field within 3 months of hire, OR Completion of a twelve (12) month ultrasound program within 3 months of hire.

Licensure/Certification Requirements: Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), or registry eligible and become registered within one (1) year from date of hire.

Must maintain registry status and continuing education requirements annually.

Professional Experience Requirements: No prior experience required.

This is a field-driven leadership role on an active utility-scale solar construction project. The right candidate is not a clipboard-only administrator; this is a hands-on EHS leader who understands heavy civil activity, production schedules, and renewable energy buildouts.

Project Overview

Scope includes:

• Collection system installation
• Pile driving
• Racking installation
• Module install

This role will lead site-level EHS execution across multiple active scopes in a fast-moving renewable construction environment.

Position Summary

The Site EHS Manager will serve as the on-site safety authority and strategic partner to project leadership. This individual will drive hazard recognition, enforce safe work practices, coach field supervision, and maintain compliance while supporting schedule execution.

You must be comfortable operating in high-visibility, owner-driven environments where expectations are elevated, and documentation standards are high.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead daily field safety presence across active scopes
• Conduct site walks, hazard recognition, and corrective action follow-up
• Oversee JHA/JSA development and field-level implementation
• Interface with owner representatives and project leadership
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and site-specific requirements
• Investigating incidents and near misses with root cause discipline
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Mentor foremen and superintendents on safe execution strategies
• Maintain required safety documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications

• OSHA 30 (Required)
• 10+ years of construction safety experience
• 5+ years of safety experience in renewable energy projects
• One of the following:
• CSP certification
• CHST certification
• EHS-related bachelor’s degree

Owner-Specific Qualification Requirements

The Site EHS Manager must meet at least two (2) of the following criteria:

• OSHA 500 training (510 + 4 year’s experience or equivalent)
• Current CHST certification
• Current CSP certification
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of EHS experience
• EHS-related degree from an accredited institution
• 10 years of experience as an EHS Supervisor or Manager

This is a high-bar role aligned with owner standards. Candidates must clearly demonstrate depth of leadership and technical capability.
