POSITION OVERVIEW
The Data Governance Specialist supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of data governance to ensure the quality and democratization of the organization's data assets, with a focus on the data used and maintained by the Data & Systems Strategy (D&SS) department.
This position serves as a crucial liaison between the Asset Information Management team, field operations, engineering, Technical Information Systems, and compliance teams, promoting best practices in data management and fostering a culture of data stewardship across teams involved in asset management, operations, and compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Implement and monitor data governance best practices, using established frameworks.
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability for asset data.
* Oversee data quality initiatives focused on pipeline asset information, including profiling, cleansing, and remediation activities.
* Ensure D&SS's data management practices align with industry standards and best practices (i.e. ISO, ISA, CFIHOS).
* Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data lineage documentation for asset data, aligning deliverables with enterprise-wide parameters and stakeholder work efforts, where applicable.
* Develop and maintain governance documents, processes, and digital workspace environment (SharePoint), including processes and workflows, related to asset-related nomenclature.
* Lead awareness sessions specific to data governance in the pipeline industry and facilitate working groups composed of cross-functional stakeholders.
* Monitor and report on data governance metrics and the effectiveness of implemented controls.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or relevant discipline within the energy sector.
* Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality tools.
* Familiarity of pipeline industry regulations (PHMSA), standards, and best practices for data management .
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication/presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and compliance.
PREFERRED SKILLS
* Experience using and reporting from pipeline asset management systems, GIS, or records management platforms.
* Experience with SharePoint management (Design) and using PowerApps (forms and workflows).

Performs corrective maintenance procedures including diagnosing problems using thermodynamic, electronic/electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or other sciences and documents results of activities performed to comply with all regulatory and standard requirements.
Notifies equipment users and Clinical Engineering Management of repair status and delays as necessary.
Interacts with clinical staff to understand and resolve operational problems in scheduling and completing PM procedures while minimizing interference to hospital departments.
Determines need for replacement parts and supplies, selects the most cost effective source, and submits properly completed parts request using established policies and guidelines.
Completes corrective and planned maintenance work order documentation per policy.
Promotes teamwork by keeping others informed, participating effectively in group decision making, while working to accomplish team objectives and projects, and by soliciting feedback about one's effectiveness as a team member.
Continually improves processes by seeking ways to eliminate and reduce waste.
Has authority (based on deprartment guidelines) to order parts and supplies required for emergency service or repair of radiological and general medical equipment. Recommends test equipment and spare equipment parts to the CE Manager or Lead Technician.
Provide on-call service coverage after normal business hours on a rotating basis.
Provides assistance and training to Bio-Medical Equipment Techs I and II as assigned by Clinical Engineering Manager.
May be assigned duties as Lead Bio-Medical Equipment Technician, as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested by the CE Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of an Associates of Applied Sciences Degree in related field of medical electronics, electronic technology or equivalent military related training required. CBET or CLET certification preferred.
Five or more years experience or equivalent performing corrective and planned maintenance on medical devices and/or clinical equipment.
Specialized training by manufacturer or third party equipment repair in such areas as
anesthesia machines, sterilizers, ultrasound, ventilators, laser, laboratory analyzers, etc.
Ability to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in specialty area.
Must have a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Working knowledge and ability to use basic hand tools and test equipment specific to the field. Ability to train CE associates on use and application of test equipment.
Must have knowledge and understanding of OSHA, NFPA, The Joint Commission, EOC, and other specific regulations and standards pertaining to clinical equipment service and repair.
Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity and caring with ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals and values of Trinity Health, Ministry Organizations, and Clinical Engineering.
Ability to operate complex test equipment, analyze and interpret information provided by equipment and clinical staff to determine equipment operational condition.
Must have basic understanding of personal computer operation, applications, and the ability to input data using keyboard. Technician must be able to follow complex written instructions, perform tasks and document actions taken.
Strong customer service and communications skills are required to interact with hospital personnel and vendors to achieve positive outcomes.
Maintain up to date understanding of The Joint Commission and NFPA standards as well as state and federal regulations.
Ability to provide or coordinate in-service training to clinical/professional staff on medical device operations and safety functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Modify and improve critical components and program PLC for draw down process upgrades.
- Collaborate with the manifold team to assist with design, programming, and fabrication of CNC-milled components for diffusion bonding.
- Study the existing products to gain an understanding of how Arcmed supports industry.

As a Sr. Production and Engineering Technician at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Production organization. Responsibilities
Build, operate, integrate, test, diagnose, inspect, and maintain highly reliable systems, including avionics and electromechanical assemblies, wire harnesses, and circuit card assemblies
Read, interpret, and work from drawings, controlled documentation, and processes such as drawings, layouts, assembly procedures/work instructions, schematics, engineering drawings, and master parts lists
Develop and improve manufacturing and installation instructions
Assure product and process quality by testing finished-product and process capabilities
Resolve product non-conformances and collaborate with the quality team to implement corrective actions

Assist with the development of production and improvement processes
Basic Success Criteria
7+ years of professional experience building and testing electromechanical assemblies, fabrication, integration, or mechanical assembly experience
4+ years of hands-on experience reviewing technical designs and working from drawings, schematics, layouts, assembly/procedures, master parts lists, and other controlled documentation
Ability to proficiently use a PC/Mac, Google Suite, manufacturing execution systems, JIRA, or equivalent tools
Ability to lift 25-pound boxes to a height of 3-4 feet, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Criteria
IPC and/or J-STD certification
Experience working in an electro-mechanical manufacturing company, a precision manufacturing company, or a high-volume manufacturing company

Avantor is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Technician to be responsible for activities relating to the daily production engineering release process for single use products.
This includes: generation of production protocols, process and quality improvement, production flow and standard work development, process definition, and documentation. This person will also ensure the assembly meets the performance criteria required by the customer.
This is a full-time position that will be based out of our Devens, MA office and will work closely with the operations, quality, and design engineering teams.
What we're looking for:
- Education:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent degree with experience in technical writing.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct floor support experience or assembly experience desired.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with operating in an ISO-9000, cGMP and Lean Manufacturing environment preferred.
- Computer literacy is required. (MS Word, Excel & PP)
- Familiarity with FDA documentation preferred.
- Ability to define and develop single piece flow production methods in support of single use sterile assemblies.
- Ability to read and work with technical drawings and translate into documents for production use.
How you will thrive and create an impact:
- Responsible for daily production support to generate production protocols, creation of standard work documents, and process fixture.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints in a timely manner; notify management of problems and suggest corrective actions.
- Lead & assist with process development and improvement activities.
- Support the implementation and validation of process and product documentation.
- Develop and implement various tooling and fixturing to meet the needs of the manufacturing department
- Support and implement preventative maintenance and calibration programs.
- Understand and support company operating procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers and foster the development of long term business relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$52,000.00 - $83,950.00Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
