How You'll Contribute:
The installation technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of installation duties on technology projects for our clients. This position is the key field position for the bulk of the actual work that gets done in our clients buildings. The install tech needs to coordinate with project management, field superintendents and others to fully understand their role on specific projects. They interpret our drawing packages to create the basis of the finished systems. This installation can include displays, projectors, loudspeakers, microphones, equipment racks, etc. Will also provide advice and guidance to Associate Installation Technicians as necessary.
Location: Must live in the Washington DC - VA area.
What You'll Do:
- Perform structured cabling installation: pull, terminate, label, and dress cables per project documentation and standards.
- Complete physical installation and wiring of AV devices (displays, speakers, microphones, cameras, control interfaces, etc.).
- Assemble, populate, and dress equipment racks with a high degree of workmanship and adherence to design documents.
- Solder and terminate connectors according to project specifications and accepted industry practices.
- Execute light physical construction tasks as required (e.g., blocking, mounting surfaces, hardware installation).
- Follow Diversified's installation procedures, quality guidelines, and safety protocols with minimal deviation.
- Maintain accurate daily records: timesheets, daily field reports, checklists, and as-built documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, and Lead Technicians to ensure project milestones are met.
- Represent Diversified professionally on active job sites, including client and construction environments.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and skill development toward advancing technical proficiency.
Complexity:
This level of technician will be responsible for performing tasks on clients job sites with little supervision. On smaller projects this position may be responsible for the coordination with clients, contractors and subcontractors.
Decision Making Authority:
This position is often alone on the job sites and requires making good judgement about decisions that need to be made. In general the project manager and a site supervisor are available to answer questions. This position requires good diplomacy in working with our clients and other key stakeholders on the job sites.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that may be met by an employee. The employee may be exposed to construction site conditions on a regular basis. Employee will be responsible for their safety while on job sites and to comply with all safety regulations in place by the GC. Use of PPE is usually required on job sites. The employee can typically spend at least 60% of their time on their feet and be required to mobile around the construction site. The employee must have the ability to occasionally climb ladders, use stairs and lift and/or move materials up to 40 pounds in construction areas. The individual is regularly required to use keyboards, test equipment and controls required for SI installation projects. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth vision. When not on construction sites, the employee will experience normal office conditions and be required to use office equipment such as computers, peripherals, etc.
Travel:
Frequent travel by car and occasional airplane trips are required. Employee must possess a valid driver's license in their state of residence. Employee will be required to use their own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage at the current corporate rate. Local travel to job sites (within a 2 hour driving distance each way) will make up 70-90% usually but remote travel can be up to 30% of the job at times. 10% remote travel is required on a regular basis.

The Project Administrator will directly support the Director of Operations, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Executive Leadership by managing project documentation, communications, subcontractor coordination, and administrative workflows across multiple active construction projects.
This individual will be responsible for maintaining project organization, ensuring document accuracy, facilitating subcontractor compliance, supporting billing and procurement processes, and helping ensure smooth execution from project inception through closeout.

Core Responsibilities
Project Setup & Initiation
- Assist with new project setup across internal systems and project management platforms (Procore, internal drives, accounting systems, etc.)
- Upload and organize drawings, specifications, permits, contracts, and project documents
- Create and maintain structured project folders and document control systems
- Track permit submissions, approvals, and jurisdictional correspondence
- Assist with subcontractor onboarding
- Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and ensure compliance prior to work commencement
- Assist leadership in preparing subcontract agreements, exhibits, scopes, and compliance documents
Document Control & Project Administration
- Maintain accurate, real-time document control across all projects
- Upload, track, and distribute: RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Meeting minutes, Drawings and revisions etc.
- Track drawing revisions and ensure project teams are working from current documents

Communication & Coordination
- Maintain professional communication via email and phone with subcontractors and vendors
- Follow up with subcontractors on required documentation, pricing, and deliverables
- Assist with meeting coordination, scheduling, and distribution of meeting notes
- Support coordination of design-build deliverables and procurement timelines
Procurement & Financial Administration Support
- Assist in tracking subcontractor proposals, bid packages, and pricing revisions
- Assist with subcontract issuance and compliance tracking
- Support billing processes
- Assist in tracking project budgets, procurement status, and financial documentation
- Support procurement of long-lead materials and equipment
- Maintain organized procurement and vendor documentation
Project Execution Support
- Assist Project Managers and Director of Operations in managing multiple active projects simultaneously

We are engaged in a search for a Credit Manager with one of our growing real estate clients in Northern VA. This newly created position requires an excellent mix of accounting foundation along with commercial credit experience. This role will be key to support initial and ongoing credit underwriting, training and best practices in a dynamic, entrepreneurial company!
Hybrid role, 4 days in the Northern VA office.
Manage the company’s credit processes and resources that support initial and ongoing credit underwriting, training, and best practices. Identify, report on, and mitigate the company’s overall portfolio credit risk. Understand and communicate macro industry trends.
Portfolio Credit
- Evaluate, manage, and communicate the credit risk of the portfolio
- Contribute to and maintain credit analysis standards for Credit Committee (CC) & Investment Committee (IC) memos
- Ensure effective and consistent management and execution of quarterly credit reviews (QCR) and enhanced credit reviews (ECR)
- Manage ongoing credit risk assessment including monitoring portfolio for compliance with lease covenants
- Serve as Credit Subject Matter Expert
- Facilitate communication and collaboration on credit matters between portfolio management, CC, IC, and other departments
Transaction Support
- Support the underwriting process on a transactional basis including deal structuring, development and execution of the credit underwriting strategy, and consultation on credit specific legal documentation
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of credit underwriting analysis
- Ad hoc support of pre-LOI credit underwriting
General Duties
- Participant in and serve as the administrator of CC
- Communicate pertinent information proactively to Portfolio Management Leadership
- Prepare quarterly and ad/hoc analysis for lenders and investors
- Enhance company credit related processes, procedures, and capabilities including leveraging use of AI
- Administer and maximize company utilization of Crowe Portfolio Analyzer for Lenders and Salesforce for portfolio credit reporting and credit risk management
- Training/Recruiting support as directed by PM team

What You'll Do as a Field Technician – Entry-Level (Construction / Data Centers)
As a Field Technician, you'll:
- Install, assemble, and modify containment systems that improve cooling efficiency in data centers
- Perform specialized cleaning and decontamination of equipment and areas to keep facilities running at peak performance
- Assist with deliveries, organize materials, and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow direction from supervisors to complete tasks safely, accurately, and on time
- Identify and report potential risks, always prioritizing safety
- Represent the company professionally with clients and team members
What We're Looking For in a Field Technician – Entry-Level (Construction / Data Centers)
- 0–2 years of construction, technician, or trade experience (data center experience is a plus)
- U.S. citizenship or naturalized citizen, 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Comfortable working at heights, around noise, and in temperatures from 0–100°F+
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet most of the day
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills
Schedule & Pay for Field Technician – Entry-Level (Construction / Data Centers)
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (overtime available)
- Full-time, on-site role
