ROLE SCOPE

This role combines senior-level executive support with elements of project coordination, executive operations, and priority management.

It requires someone who can operate confidently at the C-suite level while remaining grounded in execution and detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Support & Time Management

- Own complex calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-through

- Anticipate conflicts, prioritize requests, and ensure executive time is aligned to the highest-value objectives

- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and summaries

- Draft and manage communications on behalf of the executive as needed

Project & Initiative Coordination

- Track multiple initiatives across functions

- Drive follow-ups, maintain accountability, and surface risks early

- Translate direction into actionable plans

- Support planning cycles and leadership cadence

Business Judgment & Discretion

- Apply commercial and operational judgment to priorities

- Act as a trusted partner managing information flow

- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion

Organization & Execution

- Maintain clarity across competing priorities

- Organize materials and reference documents

- Ensure nothing critical is missed

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Redington Shores, FL, for a New Home Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage the new home sales process, interact with clients to understand their design and build needs, and guide them through every step of the sales cycle. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to achieve sales goals, nurturing client relationships, collaborating with the design and build teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role will also maintain the marketing strategy while managing social media platforms, video creation, signage, newsletters, and updating website. The Sale Manager needs to follow market trends while providing regular updates to leadership team.

Job Responsibilities

* Provide superior professional quality customer service to new and established Climate First Bank customers, including cross-selling of products and services;

* Develop new business opportunities, structuring, and closing of commercial loans, as well as maintaining and servicing a commercial loan portfolio;

* Represent Climate First Bank in its market through active participation in community affairs;

* Solicit, negotiate loans, and coordinate loan closings;

* Grow energy efficient loan production (PV panels, EV charging, LEED certified buildings);

* Ensure production goals are met including DDA growth goals;

* Monitor credit quality, and past due loans;

* Evaluate, authorize, and recommend approval of commercial loans and lines of credit;

Specific Requirements:

What will you do in this role:

• Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Perform the administration of prescribed medications. Monitor patient for therapeutic response. Notify provider and intervene as appropriate in the event of an unintended response to medication.
• Perform exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strive to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.
• Teach patients, families and caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment
• Other Certifications maybe required during employment
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
• No previous experience needed
