ROLE SCOPE
This role combines senior-level executive support with elements of project coordination, executive operations, and priority management.
It requires someone who can operate confidently at the C-suite level while remaining grounded in execution and detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support & Time Management
- Own complex calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-through
- Anticipate conflicts, prioritize requests, and ensure executive time is aligned to the highest-value objectives
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and summaries
- Draft and manage communications on behalf of the executive as needed
Project & Initiative Coordination
- Track multiple initiatives across functions
- Drive follow-ups, maintain accountability, and surface risks early
- Translate direction into actionable plans
- Support planning cycles and leadership cadence
Business Judgment & Discretion
- Apply commercial and operational judgment to priorities
- Act as a trusted partner managing information flow
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
Organization & Execution
- Maintain clarity across competing priorities
- Organize materials and reference documents
- Ensure nothing critical is missed

Senior / Lead Electrical Engineer β Mission Critical Projects

About the Role
As a Senior / Lead Electrical Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader for large-scale electrical infrastructure supporting hyperscale data centers and similarly complex environments such as utilities, power generation, heavy industrial, and advanced manufacturing facilities.
This is a highly visible engineering leadership role with the opportunity to influence electrical strategy across multiple large-scale developments while helping shape long-term engineering standards.
You will act as a senior technical authority within the organization, partnering closely with construction project leadership, external engineers of record, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure systems are delivered safely, reliably, and to long-term operational expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical system strategy and design coordination from Basis of Design (BOD) through Issued for Construction (IFC).
Provide senior-level technical oversight across power distribution, backup generation, and critical electrical infrastructure.
Serve as the primary electrical authority for internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
Review and guide electrical studies, calculations, and system analyses.
Lead constructability reviews, value engineering efforts, and risk mitigation initiatives.
Provide executive-level visibility into electrical risks, decisions, and project readiness.
Oversee construction quality, field execution, commissioning outcomes, and system turnover.
Establish and uphold QA/QC standards for electrical deliverables.
Mentor and provide technical direction to junior and mid-level engineers.
Contribute to the evolution of engineering standards, design guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
10β20+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience.
Deep expertise in power distribution systems supporting large-scale infrastructure.
Strong understanding of design-build and owner/operator project delivery models.
Experience interfacing with engineers of record, contractors, utilities, and commissioning teams.
U.S. work authorization.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed (20β40%).
PE registration preferred, but not required.
Desired Experience
Experience supporting large-scale electrical infrastructure such as data centers, utilities, generation, heavy industrial, or similarly complex environments.
Electrical studies including short circuit, coordination, arc flash, and load flow.
Commissioning leadership or significant commissioning exposure.
AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM coordination tools.
Utility interconnection, onsite generation, renewables, or microgrid environments.
Medium-voltage distribution.
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Protective relaying.

Position Overview
TECfusions is seeking a Commercial Attorney to join its growing legal team. This role will support the Chief General Counsel and broader business by providing legal guidance across financing, compliance, commercial contracts, energy-related matters, and construction projects. This is a hands-on role suited for attorneys with approximately 4β5 years of experience who are looking to expand their exposure within a fast-paced infrastructure and technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including Master Services Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (SLA), vendor contracts, services agreements, NDAs, and procurement-related documents.
- Support financing activities by assisting with loan documentation, investment agreements, and related transactional materials.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate policies.
- Provide legal support on energy and infrastructure initiatives, including projects tied to power, utilities, and sustainable development.
- Assist with construction-related contracts such as EPC, design-build, and subcontractor agreements.
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical business-focused solutions.
- Collaborate with outside counsel when specialized expertise is required.
- Help develop standardized contract templates and legal processes to support company growth.
Qualifications
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
Experience
- Approximately 4β5 years of legal experience, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Demonstrated experience with commercial contracts and transactional work.
- Exposure to financing, compliance, energy, infrastructure, or construction matters is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a growth-oriented environment.
