Your Tasks
- Coordinate certification projects from initiation through first factory inspection, including tracking file numbers, service agreements, and inspection cycles.
- Monitor annual and quarterly follow‑up service schedules, proactively identifying upcoming renewals, missed inspections, and potential compliance risks.
- Schedule factory inspections in collaboration with clients, inspectors, and PTDEs, confirming readiness and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection activities, certification updates, and program documentation to support operational visibility.
- Liaise with PTDEs and certification agencies to track inspection findings, documentation requirements, and program updates.
- Support financial processes by verifying inspection completion, coordinating invoicing, and tracking revenue tied to recurring certification programs.
- Maintain project data in internal systems (such as PSE and SAP), ensuring projects are opened, maintained, and closed according to internal procedures.
Your Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering Management, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or project management in a technical, engineering, or laboratory environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and identify risks proactively.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking systems.
- Preferred:

Additional Information
- The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $65,000 - 75,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Sr. Project Manager

The Quality Engineer / Test Engineer supports product validation.
Update and create test protocols for new features.

The Role
As Senior Project Engineer, you will work alongside senior project managers serving as owner's representative on behalf of a confidential defense tech client. You will be a critical part of the project delivery team, supporting the day-to-day execution of complex construction projects from the owner's side. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with real exposure to executive-level clients and mission-critical work.

The Manager of Information Security leads Granite's enterprise security program, ensuring the protection of corporate systems, applications, cloud platforms, and data across the entire business. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for building and leading a high-performing Manufacturing Engineering organization supporting Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical manufacturing of a highly automated pharmaceutical–medical device combination product manufactured in ISO Class 5 isolator environments and will report to the VP of Manufacturing.
This role provides technical leadership for process development transfer, equipment integration, MES/electronic batch record implementation, validation execution (IQ/OQ/PQ), and establishment of scalable GMP manufacturing systems. Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and engineering technicians. Recruit, mentor, and performance-manage engineering staff and manufacturing technicians.
- Develop training frameworks for GMP technicians and operators supporting highly automated production lines.
- Lead transfer and integration activities of highly automated manufacturing systems, including custom automation and OEM equipment.
- Develop and execute Master Validation Plans (MVPs) covering facilities, utilities, process equipment, and ancillary systems for operation in Grade A/ISO Class 5 isolator-based manufacturing environments.
- Lead generation, review, and approval of Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), and Process Validation (PV) protocols
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure traceability between URS, design specifications, FAT/SAT, and qualification protocols.
- Oversee implementation and lifecycle management of, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electronic Batch Records (EBR), Equipment data acquisition systems, Integrated automation platforms
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, maintenance procedures, and engineering documentation to support validated operations.
- Lead structured root cause investigations (e.g., deviation investigations, CAPAs, equipment failures, yield excursions).
- Apply engineering rigor and statistical methods to improve process capability and equipment performance.
- Scale processes from early clinical manufacturing through Phase 3 readiness, ensuring process robustness and repeatability by the implementation of KPIs for, OEE, Throughput, Yield, Deviation rate, Batch release cycle time, Validation execution timelines
- Partner with Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to ensure phase-appropriate compliance and scalability.
- Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, technical rigor, and continuous improvement driving operational readiness for increasing clinical demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- 8–12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device manufacturing.
- Minimum 3–5 years of people management experience leading engineers and/or technicians.
- Direct experience supporting Phase 2 and/or Phase 3 clinical manufacturing environments with combination products, polymer processing and / or unique drug releasing processes/products.
- Demonstrated experience with: Master Validation Plan development, IQ/OQ/PQ execution, Process validation, GMP documentation systems and MES and electronic batch record implementation.
- Experience with highly automated manufacturing lines and equipment integration.
- Experience operating within Grade A/ISO Class 5 or aseptic/low bioburden environments.
- Demonstrated success in startup or rapidly scaling manufacturing environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with drug–device combination products.

The Opportunity
MassMutual Investment Management (IM) seeks a seasoned investment management and operations professional to lead the investment performance function for MassMutual’s General Investment Account (GIA). This role reports to the Head of Manager Oversight and will:
- Design, and oversee implementation of models, policies, and procedures for a best-in-class performance and attribution reporting function.
- Help drive strategy and execution of investment performance measurement, attribution, and reporting programs supporting MassMutual’s Board, CIO, and other key stakeholders.
- Help shape market commentary and attribution narratives for internal and external stakeholders, including affiliate managers and GPs.
- Complete the feedback loop for MassMutual Investment Management in the performance space by collaborating with teams supporting product profitability analysis and PMs managing ALM and capital allocation decisions.
The Team
The Manager Oversight team is part of IM’s Strategy and Governance organization, reporting to MassMutual’s CIO. The team oversees IM’s asset manager relationships and functions, including manager operational due diligence, investment mandate onboarding & lifecycle management, and investment performance. Adjacent teams handle business strategy and planning, vendor oversight, investment compliance, and investment reporting for MassMutual’s Board & Investment Committee.
The Impact and Key Responsibilities:
Lead MassMutual’s investment performance measurement, attribution, and reporting function for a $250B+ General Investment Account (GIA). In this role you will be on the starting line to help influence, design and implement a state-of-the-art performance measurement and attribution capability. This senior leadership role requires strategic planning, influence, executive visibility, and the opportunity to transform performance analytics and attribution capabilities for a prestigious insurance company.
- Evolve existing practices and refresh methodologies, assumptions, and models to introduce new and industry best practice approaches for presenting performance across products, asset classes, and instruments.
- Lead strategic platform rationalization and evaluate performance engines to enhance analytics.
- Provide technical expertise in portfolio management, finance, capital markets, and investment performance reporting, guiding decisions to align with market standards.
- Contribute to portfolio reporting and attribution by applying experience across asset classes and investment strategies, ensuring liability-driven investment strategies and ALM models are accurately derived and validated.
- Collaborate directly with portfolio managers and lead teams to achieve strategic alignment across functions, simplifying complex income and return objectives under liability constraints while maintaining precision and accuracy in reporting.

The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Finance-Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related field.
- 10+ years in investment management with progressive experience focusing on performance measurement, attribution, and reporting.
- 5+ years in leading teams and/or investment strategy and decision-making for an asset owner, allocator or investment advisor, in a role focused on: investment performance, attribution and analysis; portfolio management; product management or research; portfolio strategy or securities research [investment selection].
- Experience with liability-driven investment strategies, including ALM frameworks, duration matching, and immunization techniques.
- Experience designing, building, and calibrating investment return, valuation, or risk models for capital allocation in multi-asset portfolios.
- Advanced Excel and quantitative modeling; familiarity with GIPS® standards and compliance; strong understanding of risk-adjusted return metrics (TWR, IRR, Brinson attribution, factor attribution).
- Ability to integrate cash flow projections and liability schedules into performance analytics; can source index and reported market yields or returns as benchmarks, model, select “best-fit,” and defend rationale in Q&A with investment professionals.
- Deep knowledge of fixed income, structured credit, private credit, and alternative investments; understanding of insurance asset management and regulatory frameworks; working knowledge of NAIC and statutory accounting preferred.
