Under the general direction of the Director of Operations Engineering Services, the Technical Assistant provides complex and specialized administrative support to the Operations Engineering Services (OES) department. This role supports departmental documentation, reporting, information management, and project coordination while helping ensure efficient workflow and communication across the team.


The Technical Assistant will also provide occasional support to the division Executive Assistant as needed.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support (50%)

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Engineering Services department
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Process incoming and outgoing communications including mail, email, and voicemail
  • Schedule meetings and maintain department calendars
  • Coordinate visitor activities, catering, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare meeting materials and assist with general office logistics


Reporting & Data Management (10%)

  • Produce routine and ad hoc reports (daily, weekly, etc.)
  • Gather and organize data from multiple sources
  • Review data for accuracy and distribute reports in appropriate formats


Tracking & Documentation (10%)

  • Maintain departmental tracking tools and documentation systems
  • Research, organize, and summarize relevant data
  • Prepare associated reports and documentation as required


Event & Meeting Coordination (20%)

  • Coordinate internal and external operations events
  • Schedule conference rooms and secure hosts
  • Prepare presentation materials and handouts
  • Escort guests and manage event logistics


Project Coordination (10%)

  • Participate in project team activities including planning, documentation, testing, and reporting
  • Support requirements gathering and project communication
  • Represent the Operations Engineering department in meetings and collaborative initiatives


Additional Responsibilities

  • Attend business meetings and collaborate with colleagues to identify operational improvements and best practices
  • Support departmental initiatives and cross-functional collaboration

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.


Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of administrative or technical administrative experience
  • Experience supporting teams within a medium to large corporate environment

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior RTL Design Engineer to lead the design and implementation of advanced FPGA-based solutions. This role will focus on architecture development, high-speed interface design, and RTL implementation for complex systems. • Design, implement, and debug high-speed interfaces, including Ethernet, PCIe, and DDR.

• Apply RTL design and implementation techniques to meet power, performance, and area (PPA) goals in collaboration with physical implementation teams.

• Develop and release FPGA designs through the full development lifecycle including:

o Microarchitecture definition

o RTL design and implementation

o Physical implementation

o Timing closure

o Simulation and validation

o Lab-based silicon validation

• Perform design trade-off analysis to optimize cost, size, power consumption, performance, and feature sets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, verification, and hardware validation groups.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science (Master’s or PhD preferred).

• 10+ years of experience in architecture development and FPGA design.

• Strong experience with FPGA HDL development, simulation, and analysis.

• Proficiency in VHDL and/or Verilog for RTL design.

• Experience performing static timing analysis and timing closure for high-performance FPGA designs.

• Experience with RoCEv2 (RDMA over Converged Ethernet) including:

o RDMA READ/WRITE operations

o Queue Pair (QP) management

o Congestion control

• Experience developing NVMe over Fabrics RTL, enabling direct data transfer between host memory and storage targets.
