T2 Utility Engineers (T2ue) specializes in providing reliable underground and above-ground utility information to reduce the risks that utilities present for infrastructure projects. T2ue helps clients manage the complexity of existing utilities with our professional and comprehensive Subsurface Utility Engineering, Utility Coordination, and Surveying services.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Oversee project planning, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards and industry requirements.
- Provide QA/QC oversight to ensure accurate, high‐quality deliverables.
- Prepare and review proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates; support contract performance.
- Track project costs, prepare progress reports, and review/approve invoices; assist with outstanding invoices and change order management.
- Promote T2ue services and support business development efforts, including identifying opportunities and engaging with current and prospective clients.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication, quality work products, and reliable service.
Qualifications:
- Professionally licensed in engineering (PE), surveying or geology, or alternatively, 4 year college degree plus 3 years' experience in a utility design or utility construction related field, or alternatively, 8 years' experience in a utility design or utility construction related field, or alternatively, 2 years as a Project manager in the Utilities Division
- BSc/MSc Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction
- Minimum of ten (10) years of related/relevant experience
- Ability to effectively network to obtain strategic growth KPl's for new business and key clients
- Ability to effectively work under pressure, strategic vision, organizational capability, market intimacy
- Ability to negotiate proposals and contracts
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Project manager experience necessary producing deliverables for Client contracts
- MicroStation/ORD, Auto CADD Civil 3D a plus

Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations

Manage and mentor safety staff across multiple active project sites

Site Oversight & Inspections:
Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits
Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Verify proper use of PPE, fall protection systems, and safety controls
Meetings & Stakeholder Coordination:
Lead and attend safety meetings with clients, contractors, and project teams
Serve as the primary safety representative in discussions
Communicate safety expectations clearly and consistently
Training & Incident Management:
Oversee safety orientations and ongoing training
Maintain training records and certifications:
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
Prepare required regulatory documentation
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain OSHA logs and compliance documentation
Track safety metrics and report to leadership
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of construction safety experience, including leadership responsibility
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
Preferred:
OSHA 30-Hour Certification
CHST, CSP, ASP, or other safety certifications
Experience managing safety teams across multiple projects
Work Environment:
Travel between construction sites in and around Round Rock, TX
Exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, and heavy equipment
Walking, climbing, and standing for extended periods

We're one of the fastest-growing, highest-rated junk removal teams in Central Texas, and we're building our first-ever Business Development team to take this company to the next level. We went from a 1-person operation to an 11-person crew in record time, and now we need a sharp, hungry, relentless BDR to help us dominate the commercial market.
You'll be the tip of the spear: identifying, prospecting, and closing commercial accounts across Central Texas. Property managers, general contractors, apartment complexes, office buildings, construction sites. If they've got junk, you're going to make sure they call Comax. You'll work directly with leadership, build real relationships, and have a direct impact on the company's revenue and growth.

COMPENSATION & PERKS
* Base salary $45,000 to $55,000 depending on experience level (see tier details below)
* OTE (On-Target Earnings): $58K to $95K+ with uncapped commission + bonuses
* 5% commission on every account you close, paid once the first work order is complete. Zero cap. No ceiling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Prospect and identify high-value commercial accounts through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking events, and door-to-door field visits
* Conduct needs analyses with property managers, facility directors, general contractors, and business owners
* Create and present custom proposals tailored to each prospect's specific situation
* Follow up relentlessly: 5, 10, 20 touches if that's what it takes to close the deal
* Open new commercial accounts, book the first job, and hand off to operations for seamless delivery
* Reactivate current and previous commercial accounts and prospects, follow-up and close.
* Manage and grow your book of accounts through ongoing relationship-building, upselling, and cross-selling
* Track all activity, pipeline, and KPIs in CRM software with discipline and accuracy
* Attend on-site visits for large jobs to kick off crews and ensure the client experience is dialed in
* Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, pricing, and revenue targets
* Represent the Comax brand at networking events, trade shows, and industry associations across Central Texas
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 2+ years of experience in business development, sales development, account executive, or outside sales roles. Entry-level candidates will be considered for the Junior BDR tier.
* Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
* Experience with B2B prospecting, cold outreach, and full-cycle sales
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to create solutions that match customer needs
* Proficient with CRM software, Google Suite, and sales engagement tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication. You can command a room and craft a compelling email.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This role involves regular field visits across Central Texas.
* Self-starter mentality. You don't wait to be told what to do, you go find the opportunity.
* Experience in junk removal, moving, construction, property management, or service industries is a major plus

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
Providing daily supervision and mentorship
Managing household routines and student schedules
Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.
