We are currently seeking experienced Structural Steel Fabricators to join our team. The Structural Steel Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing structural components and systems on ships and marine vessels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shipbuilding principles, be proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings, and possess excellent welding and metalworking skills.
We are seeking candidates who are available to work 1st shift (M-TH, 6am-4:30pm) or 2nd shift (M-TH, 4pm 2:30am.) This role requires flexibility including weekends and overtime as business needs dictate.
What You Will Be Doing
- Interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Fabricate and assemble structural components, such as bulkheads, frames, and hull sections, using various metalworking techniques and equipment.
- Measure, cut, and shape metal components to precise specifications.
- Weld, braze, or solder metal parts together using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Install and fit components and systems, including piping, ventilation ducts, and machinery supports, in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Perform repairs and modifications to existing ship structures as needed.
- Inspect work pieces and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary:
The Logistics Planner Specialist II is responsible for driving tasks to completion and mentoring junior staff. This role requires a heightened level of autonomy and strong business acumen. The Logistics Planning Specialist will be responsible for supporting and work cross-functionally with, but not limited to, Clinical Supply Planning, Country Clinical Operations, CMOs/CROs, Distribution, Regulatory, External Operations Management, Operational Expense Management, Trade Operations, and Trade Compliance to support and plan distribution for Clinical Trial Material utilizing approved depot networks. Act as the Logistics Planner and develop distribution plans and execute activities for network preparedness of distribution activities. Communicate with all constituents and be the advocate for the distribution strategy for clinical trials. How You’ll help us connect the world:
As a Power Hardware Engineer reporting to the Sr. Manager of Hardware Engineering, you will play a key role in architecting and developing stand‑alone and embedded power supplies for indoor and outdoor CATV/networking equipment. You’ll work hands‑on across the entire product lifecycle—from early concept, modeling, and prototyping to validation, manufacturing, and sustaining engineering.
What You’ll Own
- Lead electrical design of SMPS‑based power supplies from concept through production release
- Design for challenging environments, ensuring high reliability and robustness
- Perform electrical, thermal, and DVT measurements throughout all stages of development
- Model, breadboard, and build prototypes for rapid iteration and validation
- Design and specify custom magnetic components for advanced SMPS designs
- Develop and optimize digital and analog control interfaces
- Mitigate input/output noise and improve power quality and efficiency
- Provide sustaining engineering support for existing power supply platforms
- Partner with manufacturing and supply chain teams to qualify alternate components and improve production efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands‑on SMPS design experience, including topologies such as Forward, Flyback, Buck, Boost, etc.
- Deep experience designing and specifying magnetics for power conversion
- Strong background in analog and digital power control circuits
- Solid understanding of noise mitigation, EMI/EMC considerations, and power integrity
- Strong knowledge of discrete semiconductors and passive components
- Proficiency with electrical modeling and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE‑based tools, simulation suites)

- Identify and eliminate safety hazards in stations, tools, and fixtures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Mechanical engineering preferred
- 3 years experience in industry
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Experience with 5S manufacturing methodology
