The Inside Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling quotes, order entry, and order management while delivering exceptional service. This role requires strong technical understanding, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset to drive sales and maintain long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing quotes, lead times, and product information
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to accurately assess specifications and pricing
• Prepare and manage quotes, orders, and customer data within internal systems
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams to expedite orders and resolve issues
• Build strong customer relationships while handling objections, concerns, and negotiations

Qualifications

Your Role 

As a Project Manager at Quasius Construction, you'll coordinate all phases of our construction projects, taking charge of planning, scheduling, resource allocation, accounting, and control, providing direction and ensuring compliance to keep operations on point for a Quasius-quality delivery every time. 

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:  

• Provide holistic management of projects, including contract administration, technical assistance, and supporting field operations.  
• Manage project subcontracts and material supply agreements, including negotiating terms and conditions, procurement, and delivery schedules. 
• Guide project execution in accordance with budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their CNC machining team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all machined parts and components meet precise specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in inspection processes, blueprint reading, and the use of precision measuring instruments within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections on CNC machined parts
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and customer specifications
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and comparators
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
• Identify non-conforming products and support corrective actions
• Work closely with machinists, engineers, and production teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and process efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a quality inspection role within a CNC or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T
• Proficiency with inspection tools and measuring equipment
• Experience with first article inspections and quality documentation

• De-escalation of resident concerns, while enforcing lease regulations.

• Track and analyze lease violations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, Fair Housing requests, emergency repairs, risk/loss items for the community.

• Ensure physical occupancy targets are met and stabilized.

• Ensure the community is maintained, preserved, and large annual projects are completed to the highest standards.

• Evaluate the community regularly to determine annual capital improvement (non-recurring spend) needs and priorities.

• Be a change agent in leading assigned teams through larger organizational initiatives such as software changes, and frequent process changes.

• Assist with annual budget preparation.

• Understand market level and industry trends acting as the subject matter expert within the local multifamily competitive landscape.

• Visually walk and inspect the community on a regular basis.

• Negotiate and secure contracts with various vendors for recurring and non-recurring projects and services.

• Investigate and resolve on-site team member concerns as needed.
