Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital offers highly specialized surgical and medical services in an intimate environment and is known for outstanding patient care. With 64 private patient rooms, 14 operating rooms and four intensive care unit rooms, the facility was designed to provide a comforting environment that is innovative, efficient and centered on the patient experience. STAR: Sports Therapy And Rehabilitation is a center of excellence. Our staff of experienced, efficient physical therapists and assistants communicate with physicians and work closely with patients to develop a safe, personalized plan of care that ensures successful rehabilitation. Physical therapy programs include sports, orthopedic, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. STAR also provides massage therapy, personal training, and athletic performance enhancement programs.
