Job Summary
The Cardiac Catheterization Lab RN is a specialized staff nurse who plays a key role in providing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. This includes patient assessment, administering medications, assisting physicians during procedures, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient safety throughout the perioperative process. The RN also provides patient education, supports recovery, and collaborates closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality cardiac care. This role requires call on a rotating basis during nights, weekends and holidays. In addition to requirements below, must have current ACLS.

• Identify patient care requirements establishing personal rapport with patients and families and understanding of plan of care throughout the patient’s experience.

- Conducts prescribed therapeutic procedures to achieve adequate oxygenation

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations
- Licensed Respiratory Therapist/Technician in accordance with Title VIII of N.Y. State Education Law. Required to obtain a NYS Respiratory Therapist license within 6 months of employment.
Registration:

Certificates:

Job Summary
The RN - Sepsis Coordinator oversees the hospital's Sepsis Program to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities include developing and implementing protocols, educating staff, analyzing sepsis-related data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure early identification and treatment of patients with sepsis.
Core Job Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day implementation and management of the hospital's sepsis program.
- Create and implement evidence-based sepsis protocols to ensure consistent and timely patient care.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate healthcare staff on sepsis recognition, treatment, and best practices. Educate nurses and providers to identify and treat symptoms in a timely manner.

- Act as a clinical resource and subject matter expert for sepsis care throughout the organization.
