We are currently hiring a Junior Project Manager for our branch location in Grove City, Ohio.


The primary responsibilities of a Junior Project Manager include:


  • Working with our sales & estimating team to complete the supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects
  • Working with our customers to process and complete shop drawings, coordinate site measures, attend site meetings, order products and arrange for shipping
  • Managing third-party subcontract installers on job site installations
  • Reviewing and pricing change orders for existing projects, and actively following up to sell change orders on a profitable basis
  • Resolving a variety of different issues that arise with projects, including delays, adverse site conditions, installation issues and other day-to-day challenges that come with commercial construction
  • Collaborating with our manufacturer/supplier partners on orders and material deliveries
  • Working with other project managers, warehouse managers and drivers to successfully complete projects
  • Completing project deficiencies and working with customers to ensure complete satisfaction on their project delivery
  • Assisting with warehouse management and monthly inventory

What You’ll Do

  • Administer medications, as prescribed, and under the direction of a licensed nurse
  • Promptly report to the nurse, a resident’s request/need for PRN medications.
  • Promptly report to the nurse any adverse or concerning reactions to medications.
  • Provide exceptional Personal service and daily care to residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff management and families.
  • Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
  • Provides physical resident care to include all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming.
  • Answers call lights in a timely manner and responds accordingly to the resident’s needs.
  • Assists in maintaining acceptable nutrition for residents and documents meal intake, as prescribed.
  • Knows proper technique for first aide.
  • Completes documentation of medication administration.
  • Assists in maintaining a therapeutic environment for the residents.
  • Motivates and encourages resident involvement in the participation in activities.
  • Assists residents to and from activities.
  • Lifting, turning, and re-positioning residents as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned or delegated by the Director of Care or Designee.

OhioHealth currently has CT Technologist openings at various locations across the organization on varying shifts. The applicant's location of interest will be discussed during the initial screening process. Depending on the location, there could be a call requirement for the position.
The CT Technologist operates computed tomography scanners for a variety of procedures following directives of staff radiologists. The position is responsible for explaining procedures to the patients, administering contrast media as requested, and scheduling patients in an organized manner. All duties performed per approved protocol.

Responsibilities And Duties:

Obtains patient clinical history for procedure.
Reviews lab values and screens patient for allergies to determine contraindications to contrast media.
Administers oral and IV contrast media
Operates CT scanners for variety of procedures.
Coordinates workload with other clinical sections and departments.
Monitors quality in patient care functions.

The MRI Technologist prepares patients for testing (including thorough screening questioning), assists the radiologist during testing, operates the MRI equipment for a variety of procedures, maintains supply inventory in assigned rooms, and covers call duty, as assigned.

Responsibilities And Duties:

Operates MRI equipment, including the magnet, injectors, independent consoles, physiological patient monitors, and cardiac gating/monitoring equipment.
Uses equipment to properly adjust pulse sequences according to body part and diagnosis.
Demonstrates correct and adequate anatomic positioning skills.
Performs daily safety and quality control checks for the system.
Sends images to PACS for interpretation.
Transfers images to independent console for further manipulation.
Reformats and performs post processing of images for radiologist interpretation.
Administers MRI contrast agents

What You’ll Do

The Senior Living Sales Specialist is a key driver of occupancy and revenue growth, responsible for executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, managing the full sales cycle, and fostering strong relationships with prospective residents and referral sources. This role ensures a seamless move-in experience and contributes to the overall success of the senior living community. 

  • Achieve and Sustain Occupancy Goals
    • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed budgeted occupancy levels through effective lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  • Lead Discovery and Tour Experiences 
    • Conduct personalized discovery sessions and community tours for prospective residents and their families, highlighting the benefits and lifestyle offered.
    • Coordinate personalized and professional tour experiences, including preparing a customized welcome sign at the community entrance to greet each prospective resident and their family. 
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Plans
    • Create and implement quarterly marketing plans aligned with community goals and market trends.
  • Coordinate Move-In Process 
    • Collaborate with the Executive Director and internal departments to manage all aspects of the move-in process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition. 
    • Ensure model rooms are consistently maintained to reflect a warm, inviting, and well-presented environment that shows the community’s lifestyle and standards. 
    • Move in process – ensure the resident room is ready for move-in and ensure the name(s) are on the room(s).  
  • Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis
    • Monitor local market conditions and competitor offers to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Manage and Utilize CRM Effectively
    • Maintain accurate and timely records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all leads, interactions, and follow-ups are documented and tracked.
    • Leverage CRM data to prioritize outreach, schedule follow-ups, and analyze conversion metrics to improve sales performance. 
  • Participate in Daily Sales Huddles
    • Engage in daily sales huddles with the Executive Director to review pipeline activity, discuss strategy, and align priorities. 
  • Update Forecast Tracker
    • Maintain and regularly update the forecast tracker to reflect current lead status, projected move-ins, and occupancy trends.
  • Complete Admissions Checklist and Paperwork
    • Ensure all admissions-related documentation and checklists are completed accurately and in a timely manner for each new resident. Collaborate with the Business Office Manager, Director of Care, and other department heads. 
    • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate logistics, services, and communications related to resident move-ins and ongoing engagement. 
  • Plan and Host Marketing Events
    • Organize and execute special events that promote the community, engage prospects, and strengthen referral relationships.
  • Conduct External Business Development Activities
    • Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, organizations, and referral sources to drive external lead generation and community visibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in senior living sales and marketing. 
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing senior living communities. 
  • Senior Living experience strongly preferred. 
  • Proven success in sales, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a relationship-driven industry 
  • Strong closing skills with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with seniors, families, and professional referral sources 
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills 
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools
