Role Overview

The Clinical Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational coordination across anesthesia, spine/pain, musculoskeletal, and aesthetic medicine practices. This role involves managing clinical support teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating inventory and vendor relationships, and supporting partner facilities nationwide. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support clinical support staff across multiple sites

As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to assigned Property Managers, ensuring the highest level of quality, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Job Title: Property Administrator

Location: Belleville, NJ

Pay Range: $60k – 63k annually

What’s the Job?

• Process invoices for portfolio properties on a regular and ongoing basis.
• Draft, receive, prioritize, and distribute mail and telephone correspondence.
• Prepare business expense reports and schedule/coordinate complex activities such as onsite & offsite.
• Assist assigned Property Manager(s) with tenant, property owner, project developer, etc.
• Dispatching maintenance personnel.
• Audit tenant lease files and tenant insurance certificates to assure compliance.
• Assist with various accounting tasks related to budgets, billing, Executive Summaries, property rent rolls, tenant rent statements, collections, etc.
• Prepare and distribute delinquency reports, rent increase reports, Tenant and Vendor Contact List including emergency numbers, etc.
• All other duties as assigned.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required - Strong preference for Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5-year Minimum experience in commercial real estate as a Property Administrator or equivalent position required.
• Advanced MS Outlook, Word, and Excel required. Adobe Standard required.
• YARDI experience preferred.
• Must be very detail oriented and possess strong client-service, project management, and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Experience in reading and interpreting real estate leases/contracts is preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fabricator located in Fairfield, NJ. The Fabricator will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and installing stainless steel kitchen equipment such as sneeze guards, chef tables, dish tables, and overshelves. Daily tasks include interpreting blueprints or technical drawings, measuring and cutting materials, performing welding tasks, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining tools and equipment. Collaboration with team members and meeting production deadlines will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in metal fabrication techniques, including cutting, forming, and welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurement tools
• Experience with operating tools such as grinders, drills, saws, and other associated machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Knowledge of stainless steel properties and appropriate finishing methods
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Physical capability to lift heavy materials and work in a manufacturing environment
