PAY: Target base salary range is $19.00-$23.00, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. About the Role:

The CPBA uses data produced by Wiley's content protection vendors and Wiley's marketing and sales teams to generate regular and ad hoc reports that help Wiley better understand the piracy landscape and inform important business decisions. The CPBA collaborates with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and enrich data and intelligence that can enhance content protection activities, helping to safeguard Wiley's revenue streams and reduce financial loss caused by copyright and trademark infringement online.
The CPBA conducts and/or supports research on revenue protection, return on investment, sales recovery, and the impact of piracy on Wiley's customers and markets. The CPBA stays current on piracy developments and emerging trends, proactively informing Wiley about new technological threats and relevant opportunities-including the increasing use of AI-enabled tools by bad actors and the availability of AI-based technologies that can strengthen detection, analysis, and enforcement. Accordingly, the CPBA is expected to be familiar with artificial intelligence-based technologies and how they may affect online piracy, brand abuse, and content protection operations.
The CPBA may also manage or support projects focused on assessing and addressing new piracy and brand abuse phenomena, including process improvements, vendor performance monitoring, and cross-functional initiatives.
This role requires in-depth knowledge and experience, applying best practices and a strong understanding of internal and external business issues to improve processes and solve complex problems. The CPBA works independently with minimal guidance and serves as a resource for colleagues with less experience. The role requires conceptual and practical expertise in the discipline, relevant knowledge of related disciplines, and sound judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.

Responsibilities
- Monitor, triage, and process daily piracy/brand abuse alerts; coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and appropriate enforcement actions.
- Produce clear, actionable reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on piracy trends, case volumes, outcomes, and vendor performance to support business decisions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product, Technology) to gather, validate, and enrich data that improves content protection effectiveness.
- Conduct and/or support analysis on revenue protection, ROI of enforcement activity, sales recovery indicators, and the business/customer impact of piracy.
- Maintain current knowledge of piracy ecosystems, tactics, and emerging threats, proactively brief stakeholders on new developments.
- Support or manage projects that assess and address new piracy and brand abuse phenomena, including process improvements and operational playbooks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in the content industry, entertainment, technology sector, or with vendors supporting anti-piracy/brand protection operations.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with datasets, KPIs, trend analysis, and translating findings into recommendations.
- Solid technical literacy and the ability to translate business needs into concrete capabilities and operational requirements.
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled technologies(e.g., AI-assisted search, classification, anomaly detection, content matching) and how AI is used by both bad actors and defenders in piracy/brand abuse contexts.
- Knowledge of piracy platforms, piracy facilitators, and escalation processes for non-compliance; publishing-sector experience is a plus, but adjacent industry experience is welcome.
- Basic understanding of core IP concepts (copyright fundamentals; familiarity with trademark/brand protection is a plus).

Cornerstone Building Brands is in the process of growing our market development (sales) team. As a Marketing Development Representative, you will be responsible for representing our top siding, stone and accessories brands (including PlyGem) to the decision makers closest to our products. You will travel in your market building relationships with primarily with contractors, but also potentially working with builders, architects, spec writers, etc. to pull through sales of our premier surface solutions. This role will partner closely with our field sales team and national accounts team and engage with our end customers to bring them to our points of sale with our distribution and retail partners.
Job Description
- In this position, you will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic prospecting strategy to engage Cornerstone Building Brand’s contractors (second level customers buying through well established distribution partners)
- You will be the face of the contractor brand (Ply Gem) to our end users
- You will build relationships with remodelers, restoration professionals, roofers, custom home builders, local builders, sub-contractors etc.
- You will drive contractor engagement and develop your assigned market by converting new customers to our suite of premier exterior surfaces products and also driving loyalty by meeting with existing contractors to increase our share
- Promote and sell exterior surfaces building products (Vinyl Siding, Stone, Metal, Trim, Accessories) within the assigned geographical territory
- Maintain a comprehensive sales database to track customer information and sales activities
- Attend sales meetings as outlined by the Sales Manager, both with in the territory and out of state for larger sales meetings throughout the year
- Evaluate competition, market share, regional trends and provide insights on pricing and programs to cross functional teams
- Address product quality issues and field-related problems in a timely manner with customer service, warranty and quality teams
- Collaborate with local distribution representatives to identify opportunities
- Work with counterparts in the Distribution Sales Team (Territory Sales Managers) to build robust and holistic go-to-market sales strategies to meet with prospects
- Identify whitespace opportunities within your territory and building relationships with contractors in those areas to make our products available
- Conduct local product training and introduce new products to contractors
Qualifications

Additional Information
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 to $75,000 + commission + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. - Sales and operating forecast for assigned segment, product line and region.
- Develop, manage and update market plans and market status for each assigned segment, product category and region.
- Assist in relevant initiatives to deploy specific marketing and training activities.
- Coordinate projects with after sales and be responsible for the project brief handover from the markets.
- Develop, manage and create market plans for each assigned strategic partnerships
- Support Corporate Accounts and Sales on the assigned product line strategy for GPO/IDN and Strategic Accounts. Define RFP segment strategy, attending business reviews
- Map and network with experts within the industry, GPO/IDN Advisory boards
- Mentoring and guiding lesser tenured Product Managers
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business or relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- A minimum of 12 years' experience in the medical device industry, which includes marketing management in the assigned product line.
- Solid background and experience in the relevant business in the US market.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Developed ability to present and sell products and services in the business to business area.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills - Communicate technical information/details to end customers/sales companies in a straightforward and understandable way.
- Must be able to communicate benefits of Getinge capacity being a total solution provider (for instance: products and services benefits to end customers.)
- Experience in product management in medical device capital equipment and service products.
- Strong business acumen - Implement and follow through on sales and marketing strategies in the selected product category and regions.
- Ability to influence, and communicate to and with people at all levels in an organization.
- Proven organizational skills and result oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with information technology concepts, integrated business systems and Windows operating system.

Estimated travel up to 30%
Pay Rate: $175,000 - $195,000 + bonus targeted at 25% (depending on overall company performance)
