The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. * Own maintenance planning and scheduling, including work orders, weekly schedules, backlog management, and coordination with Operations to minimize downtime.
* Serve as the owner of the CMMS, ensuring data accuracy and using KPIs such as PM compliance, planned work percentage, downtime trends, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs to drive improvement.
* Lead root cause analysis on major failures and recurring downtime issues, implementing permanent corrective actions.
* Manage spare parts strategy including critical spares, inventory levels, standardization, and vendor relationships.
* Champion maintenance safety by enforcing LOTO, safe work practices, and regulatory compliance.
* Partner with plant leadership, Operations, and Engineering on reliability upgrades, capital projects, and equipment improvements.
* Support automation and robotics initiatives by ensuring maintainability, reliability standards, and strong commissioning practices.

* 7 or more years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

- Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment within planned time tolerances to maximize the safety, reliability, and cost efficiency throughout the life cycle of the fleet
/n/t
- Perform FAI/CVI (annual) inspections on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, light-duty vehicles, and any other company-owned equipment in accordance with all federal, state and local legal and regulatory agencies. (Includes all state-required inspections and frequencies)

- Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections per company methods on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, refrigeration units (reefer), lift-gates, light-duty vehicles, and any other company-owned equipment

- Perform quality maintenance repairs as required to maximize safety and reliability on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, lift-gates, light-duty vehicles, and any company-owned equipment

- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnosis and repair to refrigeration units (reefer)

- Address all Driver Vehicle Inspection Report write ups timely, and efficiently

- Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repairs to manufacturer specifications including but not limited to engines, transmissions and clutches, drive-line, differential, steering and suspension, fuel and ignition system, exhaust systems (including regeneration systems), intake systems, electrical systems, brake systems, HVAC systems and lift-gate hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems

- Follow procedures including documenting all work performed on work orders

- Mentor, teach and share expertise with Fleet Technician I and II to aid in their development to positions of greater responsibility.

- May perform moderate supervisory roles when Fleet Manager or Fleet Supervisors are not accessible

About Seremoni:

For centuries, fish in Japan has been processed using the ike jime method. We’ve adapted this artisan technique and made it more precise and simpler for American fishermen to use. The Role:

To plan, supervise, and control the seafood processing operation, from receiving raw materials to dispatching the finished product. The main goal is to manage the production process by making efficient use of resources to maximize results and ensure compliance with the company's efficiency, quality, and safety standards.


What You Will Do:

  • Planning & Supervision: Oversee the execution of the daily and weekly production plan, controlling all operational stages to process raw materials according to technical specifications.
  • Resource Management: Ensure the proper availability and allocation of staff and materials needed to meet the production schedule.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the production team to meet performance and productivity goals, fostering a collaborative work environment and resolving operational issues.
  • Compliance & Control: Ensure all process tasks are performed according to quality, food safety, and occupational safety standards. Verify that the finished product meets customer and company specifications.
  • Information Management: Guarantee that production data (yields, productivity, etc.) is always available and up to date for effective decision-making.


What You Will Need:

  • A degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required if offset by extensive experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of seafood processing operations.
  • Understanding of cost accounting, production yields, and statistics.
  • Knowledge of U.S. health regulations, HACCP principles, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency with computer tools (Excel, Word).
  • Situational leadership and people management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Planning, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and adaptability to change.
