A Day in the Life of the BCBA

In this role, our client’s BCBA leads the clinical direction of care by conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll work closely with clients, caregivers, and direct support staff to ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective ABA services. This position plays a key role in supporting positive behavior change, improving family functioning, and maintaining compliance with state and licensing standards.


Responsibilities include:

  • M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Daytime programs only
  • Conducting functional assessments for assigned clients
  • Designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral support and intervention plans
  • Training caregivers in behavior support strategies to enhance individual and family outcomes
  • Teaching and modeling behavior support techniques to caregivers and direct care staff
