Overview

The Client Partner will own and grow the strategic relationship with a marquee Automotive client. This role combines P&L ownership, consultative account management, executive stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation leadership. The Primary Care Physician (PCP) in our organization demonstrates:

• Accountability for outcomes: The PCP demonstrates accountability for outcomes, strong clinical care, and cost-effectiveness for each patient in their panel of up to 450 patients. They understand that they can strongly influence the patient's outcomes by building a trusting relationship and helping them change behaviors.
• Coaching for health: The PCP acts as a health coach, rather than just a consultant for sickness, by helping patients set short and long-term health goals, partners with the patient to work toward the goals, and frequently follows up on those goals on the path to improved health for their patients.
• Simplifying for action: The PCP simplifies and prioritizes appropriately so that behavior change is more actionable, both for the patient in helping them achieve their goals, and when leading their care teams towards their performance goals.

  • For patients that are unable to come to the office-in hospital, SNF, LTC or homebound, PCP will engage with the transitional care team and others including case managers, acute and transitional-care physicians, and other resources that may be available depending on the market.
  • PCP will have an active role in the management of their center and will help cover for other providers who may be out for various reasons. It is also expected that each PCP will take an active role as needed in recruiting patients for the center and additional providers for the company.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:
  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty required
  • Must be able to obtain a State Medical License or already have a current, active State Medical License for the state(s) in which he/she will be working
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty is preferred. Board Eligibility is required
  • Once Board certified, PCP will maintain board certification in their specialty by doing necessary MOC, CME and/or retaking board exams as required

PAY RANGE:

$221,141 - $315,915 Salary The posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Strategic Development and Implementation: Working with independent investment consultants, investment partners, OTTA Executive Director, and OTTA Investment Board to create and implement a comprehensive investment vision across each of the Ohio 529 plans that aligns with OTTA's mission for customers and prospective customers.
  • Due Diligence and Risk Mitigation: Thoroughly review all investment changes and ideas with Investment Consultants and Investment Partners to determine if a "new idea" is a good fit in the 529 industry as well as within the Ohio 529 operational structure and recordkeeping systems.
  • Monitoring, Reporting, and Communications: Works in conjunction with the Investment Consultants, Investment Partners and Executive Director to monitor, review, and report on investment performance of each of the Ohio 529 plans.
  • Leadership and Relationship Management: Serves as the relationship manager for all Investment Consultants and Investment providers. May act on behalf of and represent the Executive Director in his/her absence. Assists the Executive Director with providing orientation to new Board members. Takes the lead on any Request for Proposals (RFP) that are issued to seek new or replacement Investment Consultants and/or Investment partners. Works with the management team on related aspects of any RFP that require broader review (i.e., Investment partners).

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support the daily onsite execution of Fooda programs across assigned location(s), ensuring service is timely, accurate, and well-presented.

The Sourcing Manager is an individual contributor responsible for leading end-to-end sourcing for Private Label and New Product Development. This role builds repeatable RFx and supplier selection processes, develops supplier partnerships, and translates cross-functional requirements into commercially sound recommendations and agreements. Success requires balancing cost, quality, risk, and speed to enable efficient, compliant product launches and a stronger supplier ecosystem.

Organizational Impact:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sourcing, this role will expand sourcing capability by creating scalable tools, templates, and governance that improve speed-to-market, supplier performance, and total cost outcomes. Your work will directly impact new product launch readiness, supply continuity, gross margin, and risk mitigation through strong supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and disciplined performance management.

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months):

  • Establish and socialize a clear sourcing intake and RFx process (templates, timeline, roles/RACI, evaluation criteria)
  • Deliver on-time supplier selection and contracting for priority NPD/Private Label launches
