As a Senior Project Engineer at Doka USA, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of formwork projects from conception to completion. Leveraging your expertise in structural engineering, project management, and leadership, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality formwork solutions that meet project objectives, adhere to safety standards, and exceed client expectations. Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of formwork projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements, constraints, and risks.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to procure materials, equipment, and resources required for project execution.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, resolving complex engineering challenges and ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to assess workmanship, safety practices, and adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Manage client communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and change requests in a proactive and professional manner.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required with the ability to stamp within the state of Texas.
- Proven experience in project engineering and management within the construction industry, with a focus on formwork-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, construction methodologies, and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software, CAD software, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Prior experience in formwork design, scaffolding, or related fields is preferred.

As a Project Engineer for Doka USA, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed plans and designs for formwork and shoring systems based on project specifications and structural requirements and utilize industry-standard software and tools (i.e., AutoCAD, Revit, ect.). to create accurate drawings, models, and calculations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and clients regarding formwork and shoring solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to address technical challenges and optimize project performance.
- Identify and select appropriate formwork and shoring materials based on project requirements, budget constraints, and site conditions.
- Ensure that formwork and shoring systems comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in formwork and shoring design, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), structural analysis tools, and project management software.

In this versatile service engagement, the expert will be responsible for the successful operation and functional evolution of People systems, specifically Workday HCM, Absence Management, and Compensation. The service provider will contribute to building, enhancing, and maintaining Workday functional solutions through continuous live-environment improvements and may also provide delivery support for large-scale strategic projects, including new module deployments and international country rollouts.

Your Team & Role As an Infrastructure Security Engineer for the Global Technology Workforce Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team, you will partner with technology leads and engineers to develop and improve IAM solutions. You will design, test, and engineer new and existing solutions and streamline our day-to-day workflows, and help the Identity engineering team to meet project timelines and complete net new business as usual (BAU) work. Both roles offer the opportunity to work on complex, innovative building systems from schematic design through construction administration in a collaborative, principal led environment.
About the Role
The MEP Electrical Engineer and Senior MEP Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, documentation, and coordination of electrical building systems for commercial, institutional, and mixed use projects. These professionals will collaborate closely with architects, owners, and multidisciplinary MEP teams to deliver technically sound and constructible solutions.
The Senior MEP Electrical Engineer will take on expanded technical leadership, detailed system design responsibility, and mentorship of junior staff.

How You'll Contribute:
The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. The DE supports projects through the lifecycle from sales concept and design development to construction drawings and implementation support. Working under the guidance of a Senior Design Engineer or Project Engineering leadership, the DE assists in translating client needs and system requirements into coordinated technical designs and documentation.
The DE collaborates with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed and is responsible for producing accurate drawings, layouts, and supporting documentation in accordance with project standards. The DE contributes to equipment selection and bill of materials development, subject to review and approval by senior engineering staff.
What You'll Do:
- Contributor for complex engagements and works directly with Account Executives, clients, project teams and other DE's to develop specifications, designs, budgets, timelines and manage expectations.
- Conceptualize system designs and determine system requirements. Provide technical expertise and coordination information to support the architecture, installation and planning of live performance solutions (concert audio, cinematic multi-cam, theatrical stage lighting, house lighting, production IT, intercom, etc).

How You'll Contribute:
The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. The DE supports projects through the lifecycle from sales concept and design development to construction drawings and implementation support. Working under the guidance of a Senior Design Engineer or Project Engineering leadership, the DE assists in translating client needs and system requirements into coordinated technical designs and documentation.
The DE collaborates with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed and is responsible for producing accurate drawings, layouts, and supporting documentation in accordance with project standards. The DE contributes to equipment selection and bill of materials development, subject to review and approval by senior engineering staff.
What You'll Do:
- Contributor for complex engagements and works directly with Account Executives, clients, project teams and other DE's to develop specifications, designs, budgets, timelines and manage expectations.
- Conceptualize system designs and determine system requirements. Provide technical expertise and coordination information to support the architecture, installation and planning of live performance solutions (concert audio, cinematic multi-cam, theatrical stage lighting, house lighting, production IT, intercom, etc).

The Role
We are seeking a proactive and independent HVAC/Plumbing Engineer to join our growing team. Unlike roles at larger firms where you may act as an assistant, this position requires an engineer with "hands-on" experience capable of designing systems independently. You will manage projects across multiple disciplines internally while serving as the primary point of coordination for architects, contractors, and local city agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineering Design: Independently design HVAC and Plumbing systems using AutoCAD, ensuring all designs meet project specifications and applicable energy conservation codes.
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing the project lifecycle from initial design through to construction administration.
- Internal Coordination: Lead coordination between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines within the firm.
- External Liaison: Coordinate directly with external stakeholders, including architects and contractors, and navigate approval processes with relevant city agencies.
- Construction Administration: Manage RFIs, submittals, amendments, as-builts, and conduct field visits and punch lists.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: 3–5 years of professional MEP design experience.
- Regional Expertise: A minimum of 1 year of experience specifically on projects based in our major metropolitan area is required.
- Technical Mastery: Must be highly proficient in AutoCAD and able to design HVAC systems independently rather than as an assistant to a lead engineer.
- Code Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local energy conservation codes and building regulations.
- Multidisciplinary Skills: While HVAC and Plumbing are the core focus, additional experience in Sprinkler or Electrical systems is a significant plus.

How You'll Contribute:
Under general supervision, the Field Engineer will commission AV systems at client sites to provide the optimal performance according to the scope and design intent. Responsible for drawing redlines, network coordination, and communication with the project team.
Location: Greater Toronto Area
What will you be doing?
- Commission AV systems at client sites by optimizing settings in the equipment to ensure the system is operating as designed according to scope and drawings, documenting any changes via redlines returned to the PM and DE, and completing the project quality checklist.
- Work to pre-commission sales in the office.
- Communicate status to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Troubleshoot technical issues by tracing signal flow and engaging the appropriate parties to assist in resolving the issue.
- Configure AV network and coordinate client network.
- Create and modify DSP files for typical systems with an emphasis on AEC optimization for videoconferencing and coordinating control objects with programmer.
- Contributes lessons learned feedback to the install, design, and pre-sales engineering teams to constantly improve system designs, product selection, and implementation.
- Archive configuration and programming files with appropriate labeling to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the service team.
- Maintain and grow certifications and technical knowledge.
- All other duties as assigned.
