We are looking for a dedicated Service/Installation technician with Construction Experience, to join our Electronic Systems Division. Our technician position will be responsible for the completion of assigned tasks in our construction projects division as well as our day-to-day service operations. This role is based in the Greater Philadelphia area (in-office; no remote option) and will work directly with clients, engineers, and architects to drive schedule, budget, scope, and outcomes across public-sector infrastructure work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall project management for heavy/highway bridge projects from award through closeout, serving as the primary day-to-day point of contact.
- Manage direct collaboration with clients, owner representatives, engineers, and architects to align scope, schedule, submittals, RFIs, and design/field coordination.
- Oversee project financial performance including budgeting, cost forecasting, change order management, progress billing, and buyout/contract administration.

Qualifications
- 2+ years through 20+ years of experience in heavy civil/heavy highway construction project management (open to a wide range of seniority).
- Bridge construction experience required; additional concrete structures experience is a plus (retaining walls, culverts, tunnels, sound walls).

Phaxis Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive and collaborative school team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ behavioral and social development in an educational setting.
Position Overview
As a School-Based BCBA, you will work closely with students, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective behavior strategies that promote student success both academically and socially.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students across classroom settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement behavior strategies
- Train and supervise RBTs, paraprofessionals, and school staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions using data-driven decision-making
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral expertise
- Support crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies when needed
What You Need
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral interventions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Your day as a School Van Driver will include:
- Safely transport students to and from school and activities.
- Supervise boarding and unloading at stops; assist students with seatbelts and mobility aids.
- Maintain order on the vehicle to prevent distractions.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, emergency exits).
- Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the vehicle clean and sanitary.
- Obey all traffic laws and company safety standards.
- Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch about student behavior or delays.
