As a Sealer for Aircraft Integral Fuel Tank Components, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the sealing and assembly processes.
Your responsibilities will include working from blueprints and specifications to clean surfaces, apply sealants, and prepare fuel vents for leak tests.
You will also perform necessary rework and apply corrosion preventative seals to maintain the integrity of fuel tank components.
Attention to detail is essential as you assist with pressure testing operations and coordinate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure seamless communication across shifts.

Position Responsibilities: Work from blueprints, documents, standards, and other required specifications to complete assigned tasks.
Obtain daily work assignments from the team leader or supervisor and read Installation Plans and applicable drawings to determine work areas.
Select appropriate cleaning solvents and clean interior and exterior surfaces prior to sealing.
Load sealing guns and clean sealing equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
Hand mix sealant as required and perform rework or pickups on assigned assemblies.
Assist with pressure testing operations as assigned.
Use specified agents and procedures for tasks such as removing protective coatings, applying corrosion inhibitors, and reactivating paint surfaces.
Ensure proper grounding of the aircraft prior to cleaning operations and set up ventilation equipment to supply fresh air in work areas.
Keep supervisors informed of progress and coordinate information with employees on other shifts.
Mask areas as required to facilitate corrosion removal or painting operations.
Prepare fuel vents for leak tests and restore them to normal after testing.
Apply corrosion preventative seal as required and measure, layout, and apply aerodynamic seals to skin gaps on leading and trailing edge panels.
Submit completed jobs or in-process checks to inspectors for acceptance or rejection.
Apply decals, metalcals, placards, and charts to specific locations on parts and assemblies as required.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards: Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.
Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
Work in environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and coolants.
Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.
Adapt to varying noise levels and atmospheric conditions.
Utilize personal safety gear to protect face/eyes, hands/arms, and feet while performing job duties.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

In partnership with our Director of Engineering, Staff, and Clients, the Building Engineer II will work to meet
the evolving maintenance demands of the Portfolio to ensure a superior level of professionalism regarding
all maintenance requirements, including prompt response to and resolution of client and property
occupant requests or concerns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES &DUTIES
- Proactively support the development and successful implementation of the preventative
maintenance program for the portfolio
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs in accordance with license(s) held
- Perform scheduled inspections, complete, and submit forms and/or checklists accurately and on
time
- Note items on inspection checklist which require follow up or additional work; communicate
findings with Chief and/or client
- Provide recommendations to Chief Engineer and/or client regarding needed repairs or services
- Act as lead of other Engineers as requested
- Read and understand operations manuals, constructions drawings, diagrams, and work orders
necessary to perform maintenance and other work
- Maintain appearance of property to Facilities Partners and Client’s standards
- Collaborate with other contracted vendors, and ensure quality of work performed by them
- Review, monitor and/or provide scope and specifications for contracted property services
- Partner with Chief and/or client to develop specifications for contracted services
- Respond to and resolve tenant service requests in accordance with license(s) held (e.g., replace
ballasts, repair plumbing, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting in a professional and positive manner with
clients, vendors, co-workers, etc.
- Support annual operating and capital budgeting process as requested

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Looking for a 10+ years of experience in full stack software development, including front-end, back-end, and database technologies in Bothell, WA and its an onsite role.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks such as Python, JavaScript, Java, Next JS, Node.js, React js
- Strong working experience with GenAI, LLM Models, MCP, Vector DB, RAG, Vertex AI, Agentic AI frameworks like NGA, ADK or LangChain/LangGraph, creating AI agents.
- Strong experience with Cloud platforms like GCP, Azure or AWS and cloud technologies like OpenStack, Terraform, Ansible or Chef
- Experience working with LLM observability, analytics, evaluations, testing and annotation using tools like LangSmith, LangFuse, Streamlit, Arize or similar tools.
- Strong experience working with AI/ML development
- Strong experience working with Databases like Cassandra, MongoDB or similar.
- Strong understanding and working experience of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Caching and related technologies
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git, and experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, Nexus, JFrog or Sonar
- Strong experience in Unit and Function testing using Junit, Mockito/JMock, Selenium, Robot, Cucumber, SoapUI or Postman
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Description: 777-9 program is looking for Manufacturing Engineers to enable
aircraft modifications to support Certification Flight Testing for Type Inspection Authorization (TIA).
This is a very critical activity in support of the overall Certification of the 777-9.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Tiger Team Member on critical client Flight Test Project
* Installation Plans for configuration changes (test specific and production)
* Coordination across ME teams for PRR IP creation / revision
* Review IPs for quality - e.g. missing functional tests, missing BOM items, etc.
* Identifying and planning removals
* Identifying opportunities to reduce scope (e.g. smaller, more specific functional tests)
* Reviewing tooling requirements for compatible with flightline operations (i.e. not factory specific)
Basic Qualifications:
* Assembly & Installation (A&I) Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Skill Code 67B
* Levels: 3
Preferred Qualifications:
* Systems, Electrical and Propulsions are preferred (not required)
* CMES, PDM, CAPP, CMES (IP edit and NCO generation), ENOVIA, CATIA, IVT, Etc.
* Change incorporation instructions (e.g. PRR, LCCX, mods / service bulletins), removals, and 777 airplane configuration knowledge

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-Project Planning and Control
-Estimating, obtain price quotes, take-offs, site visits and other duties as required
-Produce, forward, and track Submittals, ensuring that the material submitted meets Owner's spec
-Track Project Progress; Change Orders, RFI, progress billing, schedule updates, material invoice approvals, and general project administration
-Interact and actively communicate with customers, suppliers and vendors
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Strong skills in Project Management, Project Planning, and Project Engineering
- Effective Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and project teams
- Ability to work on-site
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations
- Experience working on WSDOT and Sound Transit projects preferrred.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations

• Able to read drawings and specifications, perform take-offs
• Excellent writing and organizational skills and the ability to learn fast.

Compensation:
