About This Role

TaskForce is seeking a Director of Apparel & Social Commerce to help lead our growing merchandise ecosystem as a tool for movement building, cultural storytelling, and political expression.

This role sits at the intersection of product, culture, and distribution. It's about shaping apparel and cultural ephemera — and ensuring those products actually travel through the internet, communities, and creator networks where culture spreads.

The Director will guide product direction and storefront management across TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, Shopify, and emerging platforms, while also playing a core role in marketing, creator distribution, and paid acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Movement-Driven Merch & Product

• Help develop merchandise tied to political, cultural, and social impact movements.
• Translate campaign messages and cultural moments into wearable and shareable visual objects.

Apparel & Ephemera Focus

About the Role

The MEP Electrical Engineer and Senior MEP Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design, documentation, and coordination of electrical building systems for commercial, institutional, and mixed use projects. How You'll Contribute:

The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. The DE supports projects through the lifecycle from sales concept and design development to construction drawings and implementation support. (AIE) is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our Construction Engineering Inspection services team supporting projects in New York and the surrounding metro area. This position will oversee projects, including those for LIRR, MNR, Amtrak, and similar clients. This role will require exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and coordination to ensure project success.

This is an immediate opening for an enthusiastic, highly-organized Construction Manager with construction inspection and management experience to join our experienced team of construction inspection specialists. Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York.
• 8+ years in construction project management or resident engineering and inspection on railroad, MNR, Amtrak, or LIRR projects
• Knowledge of New York state-specific regulations and construction practices.
• Strong familiarity with railroad construction and maintenance standards, including FRA, MNR, Amtrak, LIRR, freight and short-line railroad specifications, preferred.
• CCM or NICET IV certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction and inspection activities onsite for railroad projects, ensuring contractor adherence to project goals, including cost, schedule, and quality.
• Direct oversite of contractor activities and daily field operations
• Coordinate outages, safety, access and account activities
• Act as a liaison between contractors, design staff, and stakeholders to address RFIs and review shop drawings.
• Conduct technical reviews of construction plans, specifications, and project modifications for constructability and practicality.
• Management of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payment applications
• Manage the contractor payment process, recommending adjustments as needed to maintain budgetary control.
• Ensure site safety compliance and coordination with stakeholders, including local agencies and clients.
• Monitor contractor performance and resolve issues related to schedule, quality, or other project challenges.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports, correspondence, and other deliverables as required by the client.

About the Role

You will help lead the evolution of the core platform that powers InHouse's AI-driven visualization and commerce experience. This includes setting technical direction across our architecture, backend services, API layers, data models, and front-end applications. You'll own complex, multi-system initiatives, guide engineering tradeoffs, and ensure the platform remains reliable, scalable, and extensible as we transition development fully in-house. This is a high-ownership role where you'll partner closely with founders, design, and product to shape the technical roadmap and mentor engineers as the team grows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical vision and architecture across many parts of InHouse's platform, defining the roadmap that enables efficient orchestration of services across the organization
• Drive technical decision-making across complex, multi-faceted problems from visualization to product ingestion to order fulfillment
• Own product initiatives end-to-end from initial brainstorm to delivery, working with Design, Marketing, Ops to ensure evolution of the digital product
• Implement and maintain standards for the engineering team for delivery velocity, platform maintenance, and system reliability
• Mentor and guide engineers on the team, fostering technical growth and establishing a culture of engineering excellence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven ability to own and deliver complex features in fast-paced environments
• Deep knowledge of React + TypeScript (Next.js) and backend development (Node/Python)
• Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL / Supabase)
• Solid foundation in system design and API architecture
• Experience with generative AI systems (LLMs, embeddings, etc.)

Required Skills

• Experience integrating ML or model outputs into production workflows
• Familiarity with e-commerce/marketplace systems
• Exposure to 3D, graphics, or visualization tooling
