Position Responsibilities:
Install, fit, fasten, align, adjust, and connect parts and assemblies to build aircraft power packs and strut assemblies.
Use production drawings, specifications, and assembly pages to derive measurements and locate points for part marking and layout preparation.
Perform drilling, reaming, riveting, and soldering necessary for assembly tasks.
Review work orders and installation plans to determine job priorities and obtain appropriate drawings and production illustrations.
Obtain and verify kitted detail parts and assemblies, ensuring they are correct and free of defects.
Pre-assemble components such as wiring harnesses and tubing assemblies using power and hand tools.
Operate material handling equipment, including overhead cranes and scissor lifts, to load and unload engines and struts.
Align parts and assemblies to mating surfaces, temporarily securing them in place and checking for proper alignment.
Attach, seal, and connect parts, assemblies, and wires using the correct fasteners and tools, tightening per specifications.
Torque fasteners and install safety devices such as lock wires and cotter pins as required by drawings or specifications.
Seal hydraulic fittings and access doors, applying necessary fluids, primers, and adhesives according to specifications.
Operate various tools, including pull rivet guns and countersinks, to fasten and torque parts and assemblies.
Verify close tolerance dimensions using precision measuring tools and check work for defects before inspection.
Maintain personal and tool certifications, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Communicate with team leaders and supervisors regarding job progress, issues, and assistance needed, while consulting with engineering and planning as required.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs. to 15-35 lbs.
Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
Work in environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and coolants.
Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.
Adapt to varying noise levels and atmospheric conditions.

Basic Qualifications :
1+ years of experience working with mechanical or structures related statements of work; such as construction, aerospace, automotive, maritime or similar industry; this can include education and military.
1+ year experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Ability to walk constantly throughout the workday; stand 6-8 hours per day; climb or work from stairs/steps up to 8 hours per day; climb ladders; bend and twist frequently up to six hours per day; squat and kneel.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

We are seeking a Staff Network Engineer (Team Lead) to serve as the senior technical anchor and day-to-day leader for our Network Engineering function. This role blends deep technical expertise with operational leadership-driving architecture, reliability, compliance, and performance across a modern hybrid cloud environment spanning AWS, Azure, and enterprise on-prem infrastructure.

What You'll Do

Own development of the sales gotomarket strategy for Programmatic Sales - including customer segmentation, ideal customer profiles, bookofbusiness design, coverage models, sales priorities, and annual planning for Programmatic sellers.
Lead the analytics and forecasting engine for Programmatic Sales by designing and maintaining revenue forecasts, pipeline and coverage models, performance scorecards, and forwardlooking views that help leadership make fast, datadriven decisions.
Build and manage core reporting and dashboards (in partnership with Data, Finance and BizOps) that surface clear, actionable views of programmatic performance across regions, channels, partners, and products - and continually refine these based on stakeholder needs.

What We're Looking For:

This off-shift position is located within our Plant 10 Whitehall Casting Operation and will direct and motivate the manufacturing work force to produce products of high quality in the most efficient and safe manner and ensure that scheduling meets business and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Supervises an effective team; includes planning and holding meetings, preparing and conducting performance appraisals as appropriate, managing staffing levels (including vacations, overtime, and leaves of absences), assisting with career development (motivates, coaches, and trains to acquire maximum quality, productivity, morale, and cooperation), approving time and attendance, and prioritizing and making work assignments.
- Provides effective feedback to employees, both positive and negative. Maintains appropriate documentation for all disciplinary actions taken.
- Provides training and mentoring to new Supervisors.
- Directs training and orientation of employees to ensure EHS rules are known and understood, to improve work performance, and acquaint employees with company policies and procedures.
- Maintains compliance with the collective bargaining agreement. Interfaces between management and union officials. Handles grievances.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Schedules production and work teams.
- Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operations, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
- Promotes EHS and continuous improvement initiatives and culture.
- Implements ABS principles and initiatives and is the 6S program leader.
- Interacts with their employees and other departments in order to manage the flow of product through the operation.
- Maintains inventories, as applicable.
- Creates a total awareness among assigned employees of Company policies, regulations, procedures, and business initiatives. Enforces compliance and acts as a positive resource for information and questions.
- Responds to emergencies. Assists in troubleshooting production problems. Investigates and analyzes. Initiates or recommends actions to correct deviations and variables affecting schedules, costs, quality, and other factors.
- Prepares and analyzes documentation as required (i.e. production reports, log sheets, etc).
- Reviews work procedures for safety regulations and concerns.
- Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
- Confers with management, engineering, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
- Performs audits for safety compliance; facilitates the 6S audit program.
- Assists with budget and goal setting of the operation.
- Complies with all EHS rules required for the work environment.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with TPM, Synchronous Mfg., and Kaizen Concepts

- Must be energetic and a self-starter, able to promote and implement change, have good PC skills, good telephone skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to promote a continuous improvement atmosphere
